Chapter 2 Lets get ready to rumble.

Kassidy POV

I sat down at the lunch table looking down at the cheeseburger and fries like it was my worst enemy. I was so hungry, but every time it made me sick. For something so small, this kid was causing havoc in my body already. I glanced up at Killian who was on lunch duty today. He raised an eyebrow at me. He was still mad from my bitchiness earlier. I didn't mean to be so mean, I just could not control my temper right now. Which he would have understood if he had let me say what I needed to say this morning but no, now I've had time to chicken out.

"He looks like he wants to throttle you." Ruby said.

"Well, you were in Math earlier." I mumbled.

"Yeah, that was a little wild even for you." Belle said. 

I picked up the cheeseburger and tried to take a bite but the smell of it hit me like a ton of bricks and I dropped it and got up and ran to the nearest trash can and stared retching for the entire school to witness. Emma walked over and put her arm around me leading me out of the cafeteria while people laughed.

"She's sick assholes, Its not funny!" Emma yelled. 

We walked past Killian who went from looking like he wanted to throttle me, to looking extremely concerned. and Emma pulled me into the girls bathroom.

"How far along are you?" She asked.

"Uh.. What?" I asked with a nervous laugh.

"I'm not stupid Kass, You're like, a mega bitch lately, and you can't eat without becoming best friends with a trash can. Does Killian know?" She asked. I sighed and shook my head.

"No. and I don't know how far along I am I haven't seen a doctor yet." I said. "But please.. Do not tell anyone, not even Ruby and Belle. Not until I can tell Killian."

"How long have you known?" Emma asked.

"Since last week." I replied.

"When are you planning on telling him? He kind of needs to know." She said.

"I know. I..just..don't know?" I said.

"Well, you only have so long before you're going to start showing, and then he'll find out. And you know him. He'll be pissed if you wait that long to tell him." Emma said.

"I know. I know. I just need time to think about how to approach this. Okay? This changes everything! Everything is going to explode, people are going to want to know who the father is, and then people are going to start talking and someone is going to find out and lets not even talk about what your Dad is going to do When he finds out." I said.

"Okay, Calm down. First things first, You need to tell him about Killian.. we can tell him you're pregnant later, But you've got to tell him because if you don't and he finds out on his own Hes more likely to kill Killian." Emma said. I sighed.

"Will you be there too?" I asked.

"Of course, We'll tell him tonight." She said.

What a way to start the year.

I nodded. "Okay. we tell him tonight. But I need more time before I tell Killian I'm pregnant."

"Of course." She said. I sighed heavily.

"I just don't even know how this happened. I was on birth control." I said.

"Well I mean that stuff isn't always 100% Things happen. But its going to be okay. We will figure it out." She said and smiled.

"Its just what if this is it? What if this is the deal breaker between Killian and I? What if it freaks him out and he changes his mind??" I asked.
