A/N: Because who doesn't love Christmas in the middle of March?? XD I think I've tortured you all with enough sad stuff, so here is a bunch of fluff and stuff. :P Also thank you opalscorpion For suggesting the name for the other twin! I had Sean picked out for one of them for a while but could not come up with another name for the life of me so thank you!! Time Jump Christmas Break
Killian POV
"Kass, hand me that string of lights will you love?" I asked as we stood in the living room decorating the Christmas tree. She picked up the string of lights by her feet and handed it to me and went back to putting ornaments on the tree quietly. She had been quiet for a couple weeks now, Even at school where she was at her sassiest she was quiet.
"Are you alright?" I asked. She nodded.
"Yeah." She said and gave me a small unconvincing smile.
"Love, I think we are a bit past the whole, me asking if you are okay, and you lying and saying you are and me pretending to not notice thing, don't you think?" I asked. She sighed.
"I'm sorry, this time of year just feels weird right now." She said.
"Because of your parents?" I asked. She nodded.
"Yeah. Christmas used to be like this huge deal with me and my parents and now that its just me.. It feels odd." She said.
"I understand love, When Liam and I lost our mother we were just boys and it still feels odd. The holidays have a funny way of reminding us what we lost." I said. I had mentioned my mother to her only a handful of times.
"I'm sorry Killian." She said.
"Its okay. I just wanted you to know I understand where you are coming from." I smiled and plugged in the lights. I glanced at Kassidy her face lit up with the lights and the multicolored bulbs sparkled in the reflection of her eyes.
"Its pretty." She said. I smiled and stepped back to look at it with her.
"That it is." I agreed.
She smiled and put her hand over her belly.
"Maybe this Christmas, instead of focusing on What we've lost, we can focus on what we've gained." She said. I put my hand over hers.
"I think that's a wonderful idea." I said. She giggled.
"Next year, Its going to be wild with these two."
"Aye. Uncle Liam has already promised to spoil them rotten." I said and chuckled.
"They are already so loved." She said.
"Have we come up with a name for the other lad or are we just going to call them Sean and other child?" I asked. She smirked.
"I was thinking actually. Why don't we name the other one after your mother?"
