Chapter 37 Date Night

Kassidy POV

I looked at the clock, 4:30

"Uncle Henry is late. He was supposed to be here so Mommy can get ready for her date with Daddy." I said to Al, as if he had any idea what I was talking about but he smiled anyways. Time was my enemy today. Motherhood had turned me into a psychotic perfectionist and if anything was just a hair off schedule I started to loose my mind. The doorbell rang and I sighed in relief. I opened the door. Relief gone.

"Liam." I said. "What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Uncle Henry's got the flu. So Uncle Liam to the rescue." He smirked.

"Oh.. Uh.." He stepped inside and took Alastair from my arms. I loved Liam, I really did. He had grown on me, and he loved the boys but he had never watched them alone, Henry had at one point this week for just a couple hours so I could take a nap.

"Where's the other one?" He asked.

"The other one is Sean and Hes upstairs napping which is a miracle, he usually only goes down for Killian lately."

"I know his name love, I was just giving you a hard time." Liam said and laughed. "Don't you have a date to get ready for?" He asked.

"Well.. Yes. but are you sure about this?" I asked. "I mean.. I can cancel.."

"Nope. No you don't. Killian said you would do that. They will be fine love. Babies love me. Isn't that right Al?" He said Al just gave me an unsure look.

I know buddy me too.

"Go. Get ready." Liam said trying to shoo me up the stairs.

"Ok..." I said and hesitantly walked up the stairs into the bathroom and started the shower when I heard Sean crying. I walked out of the bathroom and Liam was already walking up the stairs.

"I got him." He said.

"No.. I can-"

Liam pushed me in the bathroom and shut the door.

"Get Ready." He said through the door.

Well..alright then.

I walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around me.

"Liam...Where are you?" I asked.

"We are down here love and before you ask, everything is fine." He said from downstairs. I smirked and walked into my room and opened my closet trying to figure out what the hell I was going to wear. In a matter of minutes every Dress, or cute outfit I owned was spread out across my bed. I quickly grabbed my phone and texted Ruby.

Me:

S.O.S. Come over.

Ruby:

Be right there.

It was about 20 minutes later when I heard Ruby walk into the house. I walked out of the room I had changed into some lounge clothes for the time being until Ruby could help me get ready.

"Well. Hello there." Liam smirked at her.

"Hi?" Ruby said. "Kass whos the creepy guy in your living room and why is he holding the boys?" She asked. I laughed.

"Ruby this is Liam. Killian's brother. Liam, Ruby."

"Okay well what was the S.O.S For??" She asked.
