Dave could not still believe that Leia had agreed to go with him to Los Angeles.

Kaia helped her pack her stuff into Dave's SUV.

"Enjoy your stay and Dave make sure she doesn’t embarrass ehrself in the presence of the in laws" Kaia said and Dave laughed.

"I will" He affirmed.

"Great"

"You be safe okay" Leia hugged Kaia and kissed her on the cheek.

"You too pumpkin and return in one piece"

"I am so not you Kaia" Leia said as she got into the car.

"I will get you for that"

"Bye Kaia"

"Bye Dave, drive safely, call me when you get to Los Angeles and take pictires"

"We will" Leia screamed back and waved sticking her head out as Dave startec the enhgine and drove away giving on elast honk.

The drive to Los Angeles was an interesting one and Leia was determined ti stay awake.

"Don't let me sleep Dave, I tend to sleep a lot when I travel in cars"

"I won't"

"Great, I cant miss all this" She was loving the view. Dave caught her smiling and it warmed his heart.

In three and a half hours they were in Los Angeles, it took them another forty five minutes to get to Dave's sister residence.

Dave honked once and before he could pack Rye was laready outside, his niece.

"Uncle Dave is here" She kept jumping. Dave got out and the first thing he did was sweep Rye off her feet and kiss her all over her face. Leia giggled as his sister joined them outside with her husband.

Dave's sister Sara was a sim pretty brunette with big blue eyes like his.

She watched them as they hugged and kissed each other and then Sara turned to her.

"Look at you, she's so pretty Dave" Sara seemed genuinely intrigued.

"Hi" Leia waved shyly.

"This is Leia, a colleague and a friend"

"Nice to meet you Leia" Sara hugged her and so did Gerard her husband.

Sara ushered them in as Dave took their bags with Gerard helping.

"Where is she?" Dave began to search for the baby and spotted a cradle he trotted over to it and found the baby in it.

"I have waited nine good months to hold you little one" He took the baby in his arms and rocked her gently. Leia just watched his every move, how he held her, where his hands were. His smiles, everything.

"Its your uncle Dave"

the baby responded by kicking.

"See, she says hi back"

"She is a kicker, watch your face" Rye warned and they all laughed.

"You ust be starved, sorry but we would wait a little while before we have lunch, Gerards best friend and his fiance will soon be ehre.

"No problemo"

Dave said, put the baby back down and walked to the fridge, took out two cans of coke and handed one to Leia.

"Make yourself at home dear" Sara said to Leia.

"Sure, thanks" Leia smiled at her.

" I'll take this up to your room" Gerard said.

"Thanks, I'll help" Then they herad the horn of a car.

"It's James" Gerard said from the staircase and Sara walked to the door in time to meet them at the doorstep. Leia heard voices and a brief conversation, caught glimpses of the hugs.

"Come on in" Sara said and she ushered them in.

"Dave just got in with a friend"

"Dave si here?"

A male voice said.

"Come meet Leia"

"She's so pretty" The female said. Leia stood and immediately caught the gaze of James and their eyes locked.

"You…..you have an amazing resemblance to……" The man began to say and immediately Leia felt a cold wind just as Dave and Gerard came down.

"Hey bro…" Gerard said but james could not move.

"Oh my God!" Leia kept saying over and over again, her limbs went numb and she fell back unto her seat.

"Dassa?" The amn finally said.

"Jamal?" Leia siad again and it was Jamal who made the first step towards his sister, knelt before hre hugged her and kissed her and they both began to cry and sob in each others arms.

"You;'re alive, oh my God you are alive" Jamal said over and over again and then he would break the hug look at her kiss her on theforehead and cheeks and hug her again then continue sobbing.

"Praise God……Praise God!" He kept saying. All Leia could so was cry.
