Jamal was fast asleep when he heard his phone vibrate on the table on which the bedside lamp stood. He turned on the lamp picked up his phone to realize it was Jazmine's line.

"Dassa?"

"Hello…my name is Casmir, and I doubt if you will remember me Jamal, but you need to listen to me"

Jamal sat up immediately, waking Ruth up.

"I'm listening…."

"Dassa is in trouble, the missiles the Americans set off may put her on death roll, the Sheik has her now in his home in Marakech I suppose, I don't know how you are going to do it but you guys need to do something, she said you would know what to do, I'm afraid you need to be quick with it, time is not her friend now, the Sheik holds her friend captive"

"Okay, keep this phone close to you, I will call back"

"I will" Casmir said and Jamal hang up.

"What is it?" Ruth asked. He turned, startled by her voice.

"It's Dassa, she's in trouble"

"What do we do now?"

"Dante….he would know what to do" Jamal said and stood out of bed and so did Ruth.

Ruth followed him out of the room. Jamal knocked at Dante's door and Ruth at Kaia's.

"What is going on?"

Kaia asked sleepily just as Dante opened his door and stepped unto the corridor.

"Dassa is in trouble, she needs us, her friend is being held captive"

"Kay?" Kaia said.

"Yes"

"Oh no"

"Oh yes…good, that is good actually" Dante said.

"How is that?" Jamal said.

"Now we have a reason to demand that he set her free or we make this a case of national security"

"Can we do that?"

"Oh why not, I'll make a few calls" Dante yawned, scratched his chin and walked back into his room.

Back in Morocco….

All Jazmine could think of that night was Kay.

"Was he okay, was he being tortured, what was happening to him, he should never have been in Morocco, she would not forgive herself if anything happened to him.

She needed to be strong. She thanked God at least she had Khalid who believed her, she only hoped God would pave way for her to act. She prayed silently…….
