The next day I got realsed from hospital, dad had picked me up and left me at home before going to work, my ankle was completely healed much to the amazement of the doctors but dad still wanted me to stay home, not that I was complaining much it meant I could go see Derek.

"Happy birthday Ally" I said into the phone once she answered, I was sitting on the couch feet up.

"How did you find out" she asked with a groan.

"I know everything, that and Lydia told me a week ago" I shrugged even though she couldn't see me.

"And how does Lydia know."

"Oh she knows everything."

Me and Allison both shared a laugh "how's your ankle, I'm sorry I couldn't come visit you."

"It's fine I was only in there the night, only my dad and sty was with me" I half lied.

"Well that's good" I could tell she was smiling

"You know tomorrow you me and lid are going out for your birthday not if ands or buts ok."

Allison sighed "I don't have a choice do I."

"Nope, well I'll leave you to have a fab day at school have fun" I then hung up the phone sighing I finally stood up and got dressed I was wearing some blue jeans, white vans and a red jumper, I left the house and decided to walk in the direction of Derek's house.

I walked into his house without an knocking to see Derek doing pull-ups shirtless "what are you doing here" Derek asked I could practically hear the smirk on his face.

"What can't I come see my mate" I shrugged even though he couldn't see me.

"Shouldn't you be in school."

I rolled my eyes "ankle remember, dad wouldn't let me go."

Derek dropped to the floor and started doing push-ups "well lucky you."

"Oh don't act like you aren't glad to see me" I walked forward slightly so I was standing closer to him.

Derek stopped doing push-ups, stood up and walked over to me his 6 foot frame towering over my five ft. 2 "don't ever say I'm not happy to see you ok."

I couldn't help but smirk at him, my eyes then travelled down to his abs and I couldn't stop what came out of my mouth next "seriously It's like your photoshopped."
