CHAPTER 7
After school, Ashen and I went back to his place and hung out for a while. I didn't have to be scared of my father and Damon wasn't going to be home anyway.
We were currently lounging in his room, I was sitting on his desk chair flipping through a comic while he kept talking about Logan. I was happy seeing him this way but it was getting really annoying.
"Tay I'm so glad you bumped into him, he's such a great guy, he bought you lunch even after you ruined his shirt....." Ashen said and he went on and on and on. I love Ashen but he really needs to shut up.
There was a knock at his door, he yelled a quick come in and his mum came into the room. When she noticed me in the room, she smiled brightly at me. "Taylor honey, how are you?" Mrs Maslow asked, I smiled brightly at her, "I'm fine thank you" I answered.
"Are you staying for dinner" she asked, "yes she is" Ashen answered for me. "That's great, you haven't stopped by in a while, it's nice to see you again" she said with a bright smile, "it's nice to see you too Mrs Maslow" I said returning the smile.
It really was nice seeing her again. Mrs Maslow is a pretty cool person. She knew Ashen was gay and was pretty cool with it, both his parents were. Ashen is one lucky guy.
After dinner, which was delicious by the way. I thanked Mrs Maslow, hung out with Ashen for a while then left.
I went back to Damon's house. I used the spare key he gave me to get in. No one was home just like he said, I was alone. I took a shower and decided to wait up for him.
A few hours later Damon wasn't back yet and it was really late. I just hope he's okay. What if he drove into a pit? Or something worse. WOW, I sound like a worried mum.
I heard the door open and some giggling. I guess he's back. I opened the door of my room to see if he was really back.
I saw Damon dragging a girl to his room who seemed very drunk. Here I was worrying about him while he was out having fun. I felt stupid. Well at least he's okay, I thought and went back to bed.
I couldn't sleep, why? Because of all the noise coming from his room.
"Damoooon" the girl moaned quite loudly. "God, harder" she moaned even louder. I put my pillow over my head to see if I could block out the noise but that did nothing. I felt something deep in my gut, I don't know, jealousy. I ignored it and tried my hardest to get some sleep.
I really didn't want to go to school this morning but I had to. Getting an education was very important for me even though I felt like shit. I made breakfast for two like I did yesterday, but Damon wasn't up yet so I ate alone in silence.
A few minutes later, a blond, the same one I saw at the lobby the day Damon found me, came into the kitchen. She totally ignored me and went straight to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water. She turned around, saw me, and scrunched up her nose.
"What are you doing here?" she sneered, sounds like she hates me and I don't even know her. "Are you one of Damon's clingy sluts?" she sneered again. "I..." how could I tell her that I was just a charity case that Damon took pity on.
And she's calling me a clingy slut when she's the one who sounds like a clingy slut.
Luckily for me Damon came in, trying to rub the sleep out of his eye. He looked so cute doing that and did I mention he was shirtless. MAN, his six pack looked amazing.
Did I just call my history teacher cute and amazing?
I shook my head trying to get rid of those thoughts. The blond walked over to him and kissed him, surprising the both of us. Suddenly I didn't feel hungry anymore. I picked up my bag and left for school.
God, why did I feel like this.
