Jasper's voice was like waiting for a rain storm during a drought. You got excited when the clouds got grey hoping the skies would open and unleash the quench to your thirst. Even a cool breeze was a tease. And every time Jasper opened his mouth it...

He sat outside the Cafe his eyes intensely looking into his book he looked absolutely gorgeous. His green orbs staring deeply at his work as his hands moved frantically across the paper. His hair shifted as the wind blew and those pink plumped frowned as he looked at his work.
Damn, he's fine as fuck.
I took this moment to my advantage sneaking up behind him I bent over just above his shoulder. Yet, I failed miserably he must have felt my presence. He closed his notebook and looked back at me. His face only inches away from mine. A smile crept across my face and my heart pounded like a galloping horse.
"Hey." I said with a toothy smile. His eyes looked down at my lips watching them carefully. " H-hey." It was light and airy almost as if I made him nervousIt was odd to me, for the past few days I saw Jasper's many sides. I even heard him curse. For the longest I thought Jasper was this shy innocent boy. But he's clearly not. So, why is he acting so nervous?
The bell of the coffee shop and out came Regina a smile plastered on her face as she saw the two of his. " Aww my favorite two love birds." She said. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable lying to her. Jasper and me are not together and just the other day he made that clear he had no interest in me. Jasper got up from his seat his tall figure making me feel small.
" Come in, I've got some hot chocolate ready." Jasper and I awkwardly bumped into each other as we walked towards the door. He stepped aside letting me walk in first and even though I was walking in front I coul tell they were saying something behind me from the strange look she gave me as she walked past.
Fawn looked up from her book and instantly scowled she jumped off the counter she was seating on.
"What's Prom Queen doing here?" She asked.
"Be nice Fawn, this is Jasper's girlfriend she's practically family now." Regina replied wrapping her arm over my shoulder bringing me close to her. I tensed and a forced small chuckle came out of my mouth to help the awkward situation.
Fawn snickered at her Mom's words.
" They're not dating Ma. As if Jasper would go for her. What are you a majorette? Cheerleader? Wait the captain of the cheer squad?" She questioned her eyes gazing over my wardrobe. Thigh high black boot heels high wasted black jeans and a tight crop tee that exposed my belly button and to top it off I had on a freaking bedazzled leather jacket. I can't help it! I'm a dresser! Okay, but in front of Fawn, simple little Fawn. I felt like a classic rich girl.
And it sucked ass.
" No, I'm a dancer." I said trying to remain confident even if I felt belittled. I knew that if I said ballerina it would only prove her point.
