I owned a small part of the world.
A world where I was crowned Queen of crazy teens and girls who idolized pretty faces. Queen of boys who didn't know any better and fell for girls who couldn't teach them anything but heartbreak and girls who only knew heartbreak.
I owned a small part of peoples heart, and I wasn't sure it was the pretty face or the dancing feet or maybe it was just me.
The Queen of Hearts who crushed wildflowers for not being classic and painted white roses red because they reminded her of her cherry colored lipstick.
I was a rose.
Always picked first, always wanted.
Roses masked the scent of death, I surrounded my self with other roses so nobody would notice I was dying inside and I had been for a while. In a single crash, I felt her soul leave me, and on her death bed instead of white lilies their where red roses.

" Oh come Kins just opt out were proud of you as it is you're the first girl to make it to the finals and Lucas has been having these party since we were in the 8th grade. You've already won." Bee placed her arms in my shoulder looking at me with sincere.
" Listen to her KP, save your self the embarrassment," Lucas added with a cocky smirk as he approached.
I rolled my eyes." Someone should have told your Mom that before she gave birth to you."
The crowd snickered. Lucas did his usual boyish smirk his eyes raked over my body and his bit the bottom of his lip and nodded taking in my insult.
" No mercy." He replied pulling out the list of game options.
" These are all children games," I said reading down the list that seemed endless.
Musical Chairs
Tug of war
Foot race
Hide and seek
The list was an an an an an endless field with elementary games we'd play at recess.
