"Oh, really now? And you are just now telling me this? Who is it?" I say intrigued. I know he most likely won't tell me though.
"You would tell her."
"I swear if it's Cherry or Willow-"
"No, but you would find her and tell her eventually. So you don't get to know."
"Then man up and ask her out so I can know!"
"You girls have no idea how difficult it is to do that. You try asking someone out."
"Isn't it better to find out whether she likes you back or not then to just hope for the best?"
"You have a crush anyone?"
"Not going to say." No comment on my response. I mean no. No, I don't have a crush on anyone. I only said that to get back at him for not telling me his crush.
"Okay, man up and ask them out."
"First off, it's girl up in this case. And I don't like anyone like that."
"Bull-"
I throw a pillow at him.
"Shirt. You do to have a crush on someone and I know who."
"Your lying. I don't have a crush on anyone."
"L.J.?"
"No."
"Trever?"
"No."
"A? That his name?"
"No, and yes that's his name."
"Alright, Mason?"
"No."
"Gray?" He says raising an eyebrow.
"No. I'm a single pringle. That one that that that has no flavor."
"Nice analogy." He says with a hint of sarcasm.
"Leave my analogy's alone," I say elbowing him.
"Back to this conversation of who you like." He says smiling.
"Don't change the subject, we were talking about who you like." I retort back at him.
"Too bad I'm not gonna tell you then."
We continue to talk till he eventually goes to his own bed and I go to the bathroom to change into a pair of basketball shorts and a big t-shirt before bed and we eventually go to sleep.
oOoOo The Next Morning oOoOo
I wake up to Alan dropping water on my face, little by little. I open my eyes and quickly get up rubbing off the water.
"You could have just shaken me, or yelled at me," I say frustrated but quietly as I wipe the water from my eye.
"Shhh." He says putting his finger to my mouth.
I quickly pull back to get his finger off my mouth. I look at the window to see the sun just coming up and the clock say 6:00 am.
"What?" I say whispering.
He motions for me to get up and I do so quietly.
"Listen." He says pointing to the door.
We quietly listen to incoherent mumbling or arguing going on outside the door.
