i shook my head and laughed to myself, this kids really gonna have it coming for him. guess he'll see how strict my dad is around guys once he sees him.
i looked out of my window to see him walking across the street. moments later, i heard a knock on the door to my house. i walked down the stairs as i peeked around the corner to check if it was taehyung.
and so it was.
of course my appa opened the door. tae flashed a boxy smile at him while my dads eyes began to fill with anger.
"uh jagi..." appa said calling for my eomma.
as she began walking over, she saw taehyung holding... flowers. how did he get those on such short notice? i could see her squeal with excitement as she began to lean in for a hug. i could also see appa getting angrier and angrier by the second.
"these are for you!" taehyung said holding out the flowers to my parents "as a thank you for the kimchi!"
"aren't you sweet! welcome to the neighborhood!" eomma said as appa scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"oh so you're the guy who lives across the street" appa said moving closer and closer to taehyung, practically making him step out of the doorway.
fear filled taehyungs eyes.
as appa moved closer to tae, taehyung took a step back. this continued on and on until they were both outside and appa closed the door. i stepped out from behind the corner to join my eomma who was watching them from the window.
"ae-ah? is that taehyung?" eomma asked
i nodded my head yes in response.
"ah he's cute-" she continued
"yah eomma! you're married!"
she chuckled.
~ taehyungs pov ~
aes appa was practically hovering over me. i could feel his eyes staring directly into my soul. i gulped as i had no clue what was going to happen next.
he grabbed me by the collar of my shirt and asked "who are you."
"k-kim t-taehyung sir."
"how long have you known ae?" he asked in a stern tone.
"a-about two o-or th-three days sir."
"what are your intentions with her?"
i felt my eyes grow big at this question. trillions of thoughts swarmed my mind. i knew i wanted her to be mine, but i wasn't gonna tell her appa this... right? not knowing what to say, i gulped once more.
