HUNTOR:
I sat a plate of eggs, bacon, and pancakes in front of Sarah, Reina already sitting with her share. "Thank you so much Huntor." Sarah chirped. "You're welcome." I said as I began washing dishes. Sarah and Reina went back to talking and I smiled. They were coming together, bridging the gap, that was good. I listened offhandedly as an Officer came in the front door and I herd the walkie go off. "I need back up, I need back up now!" I froze at Amelia's voice shouting a string of addresses. "In pursuit of suspects for four homicides and several rape crimes, I need back up now." Reina and Sarah kept talking, oblivious to what I heard. I turned off the water and sped to the door as an Officer responded. "Let me go." I said. She looked up, "Hell no, you go and she hands me my ass." "She won't if I tell her I left of my own accord." "Look, I appreciate it, I swear, but, but I can't, not alone, not—"Sarah." I called. "Yep." She bounced into the foyer. "Get ready, we're going on a little adventure.." She spun and bounded up the stairs. "That's not what I meant. I—"I could have Reina come and really make a seen. Look, the more you argue the more time we waste." "Fuck, Jesus, fuck, fine, fine fine fine. But when she goes on a rampage—"I'll handle that." I said. Sarah bounded happily down the stairs and was dressed in her armor. "Do I get to be in on the fun." "You're back up." I said. Reina swore, but didn't argue, that was knew. But she said, "Kiss my ass." I smiled. "I'd rather not." I turned to the woman, "Let's go."DETECTIVE AMELIA:
I took the left turn, the Acura's wheels rising as we rounded the corner and bounced as we took the straight road ahead. Becky swore viciously as the two black Mercedes swerved and slammed into cars, pushing them out of the way. "I CAN'T GET A CLEAR SHOT." She yelled over the sound of the police lights on my car. She righted her aim with her police issue gun and was about to pull the trigger when one of the Mercedes was yanked up and soared over six cars before landing. "FUCK." Becky shouted. I yanked the wheel and almost drove over the sidewalk as we flew passed several cars. "BACK UP." I yelled into the walkie, "WHERE'S my FUCKING BACK UP." "WE'RE GONNA LOOSE THEM." Becky yelled. Not if I could help it. I was going to catch these assholes, these murdering bastards. "Bloody hell." I muttered as I swung the wheel and cut off a bus. "Two block lead, the two black Mercedes have a two block lead on us, the plates are," I relayed the info, "Back up, I swear I need back up now." Finally, I heard fellow cop cars scream their way towards the Mercedes, but I feared it was too late. Then the sky began to get cloudy. "SHIT." Becky yelled. "A storm, now, fucking great." But those weren't rain clouds. They grew heavier and whiter all the time. "Becky, close your window now." I said. "Why?" She asked. "DO IT." I yelled as thunder, snow thunder, broke the Florida world. Becky swore viciously and rolled her window up.
"What's going on?" Becky asked. "Back up." I confirmed as snow, snow in Florida, began to fall. Winds howled, hard and true, swirling the snowa dn making it impossible to see. "We gotta get out." Becky said. "No." I said. "We keep going. There." I saw the cars frozen and the Rogues out, fighting. "We'll freeze." Becky complained. "We'll freeze doing our job." I said, and kicked my door open. There he was, long dreads swinging in the wind, his hands holding a blue sword, the blonde, Sarah, next to him, white Chinese fans in her hands. The two rapists had a crew behind them, and Huntor battled with three at once. "FREEZE." I shouted. Huntor laughed. "FREEZE, aarms up." "Yeah right bitch." Some one called. Becky aimed and fired. The bullet hit a girl in her leg. She fell, blood staining the snow red. Huntor smiled and said, "She said freeze Sarah." Sarah smiled, and that smiled scared me as she brought her hands together and then she blew into them. Then, she threw her palms out towards the Rogues.
Ice moved over each Rogue, freezing them in place. Just like that, so fast, so merciless. Then the clouds faded, melting away and the snow and raging winds were gone. I stepped forward and the ice around their wrists melted away. "Detective help me cuff these assholes." "Hell yes." Becky said. When they were cuffed, the ice melted around them completely. "Let's get them all in the House." I said, then I turned to Huntor, the Officer I had sent was standing a few feet away, her mouth oped, "Officer." I ordered. She shot to attention. I opened my mouth to dress her down, but Huntor said, "Detective, why don't you ship these assholes in and worry about your Officer's intentions later?" I bared my teeth at him, "You're in it too." I said, but I had to admit, he was right, I had a girl in the hospital who perfectly identified the two boys standing feet away, and his little click would be charged as well as they would be. I gestured to the Officers who were making their way up to us. "Get them in our interrogation rooms, I want those two first." I pointed to the boys. They nodded and began dragging the Rogues into their cars. "Sarah, would you go in that car?" Huntor asked. "With pleasure." She bounced to the car and slid inside. I kept my mouth shut and said, "Come." Becky and Huntor followed me into my car. By now the snow melted into water and was pooling everywhere.
When we entered my division, I arrowed for my desk and dragged out all the data I had collected and rose to stare right into Lieutenant Soleil's eyes, "Why are you soaking wet and filthy and who are they?" "Hailey Spinner case." I said before turnign my back on her and stepping into interrogation. "John Jackson Williams." I said as I sat on one side of the table. Like the rest of the division, the table was nice, new, everything was flawless and precise. "Dat be ma name." He said in horrible ghetto english. "I ain't gotta tell you fuck." "That's right, you don't gotta tell me fuck, you just gotta tell me what you did. Hailey Spinner." I threw her photo on the table. "Never seen the bitch before, sexy looker dat one." "That one is a fucking middle schooler you pedi-file." He shrugged. "When dey get tits and butts dey ain't innocent anymore. "So, because of your twisted sense of rightness, you say she's free game?" "Exactly." He said. "We did nuh-in wrong, shit we own da bitch and her friends." "How many?" I asked. "How many we raped, shit. Damn lost count after twelve. She was supposed to be da, what is it? Da climax. The high point you know, but she wasn't fun, she didn't know how ot scream like dey did, so we dumped her, literally." He laughed at his own joke.
'Why do you say you own her?" "Because bitch she joined us, dey our property if dey join. We own dem so, fuck she try leave, she get raped and dies. It's da way we work." "And if you leave." "Why I gotta leave, shit I in it for the long run, I ain't ever leaving." He pointed his finger, "YOu see dis, you see dis power." He balled his fist and punched the air. The glass door shattered. "We got power bitch, you can't keep us locked away, we break out so fast you ain't ever gonna keep us." Then Huntor walked into the room, grinning like a cat. "Huntor entering interrogation." "Well John, that's where you're wrong." He said. "What you mean, dey can't keep us." "They can, they have the tools that are capable." Untr held up black handcuffs. "What dem be?" 'Let's find out." He said, and quick as a leopard seal, he had the regular cuffs off, and the new ones on. "Fuck, like fuck, I still can." He punched the air, but nothing happened. "What da—"Not as strong as the other." Huntor commented, "But still good enough to cancel out Indigoism." The boy began to scream, scream in rage as two Officers yanked him up and off to his cell. I frowned at Huntor, "What—" Huntor put his fingers to his lips. Then he walked away. I rose to follow and found Soleil with her gun out, pointed at Huntor's throat, "Make any move and he dies." She said simply. "In my office, all of you."
