REINA:
"Never, ever, try using Veronica as a bargaining tool. You're already dead Bitch." Those were the words I whispered into Amanda's ear. The words I spoke from my heart as I drew one of my daggers, and stabbed her. Blood sprayed over my hands and she froze. I saw surprise and fear written clear over her face, then she slumped in my embrace. I twisted the dagger before I yanked it free. I pushed Amanda away and saw her tentacles pulling into her skin, hearing the squish of muscles pulling back into skin. Disgusted I looked to the shocked Rogues. "Any of you want this?" I raised my dagger. They all bolted, running for the open doors. I looked at Soleil. "You are so gonna pay for everything you did to everyone." "Says who Bitch?" Seh asked. "Me Bitch." Amelia pulled away from Hailey and gave Soleil a right cross. Soleil's head went flying back and she stumbled, but Amelia didn't let up. She attacked again and again, and again, and, again. "GO." Sullivan shouted as they battled. "We can handle Soleil." Ming pulled Hailey aside toward the doors. Huntor glanced at Amanda as she laid there. "We'll leave her, she's dead." Becky said.
We ran passed the dueling women, I saw Amelia give Soleil a roundhouse kick and send her flying. Then we were out and running up the staircase. We left teh hide out and ran toward the bridge, only to bestopped, by Rogues, every Rogue stood in ront of the bridge, literally a bridge to escape. "Move." Huntor said. "Your little fantasy is over, we're leaving one way or another." "Like hell." the cat shifter growled. They attacked as one, all powers lashing out. I stomped my foot, shaking the suers around us. Sarah spun, her fans sharp as she cut down Rogues. I lashed out with my own telekinesis and power, causing Earthquakes, tremors. Rogues began to fall, slipping and sliding over the shifting stones. A path was clear and Huntor dove into it, Sarah and Inot too far behind him. The cat shifter threw herself at Huntor and he lashd out with an elbow. His elbow hit right into her temple and she barely screamed as she was knocked out and her body flew over the bridge and into the rushing river of God knew what fifty feet below.
Someone yelled as her body splashed, then. Sank under. "REINA." Huntor yelled. I knew what he meant. As the Rogues started forward, I brought my palms together, as if I were praying, then threw them to the ground. The world around us trembled, then shook hard. The bridge began to crumble and fall, chunks as large as car doors falling into the muck below. Tey paused, as if realizing there wasn't a way to get across. "This ain't over." Speedy shouted from his side. "You've declared war against the Rogue Armada. We won't stop till you all are murdered." With that they ran down the path next to the river of muck and vanished into the suers. Now, an hour later, we stood in the staircase as cops, all cops, went over the entire place, "No sign of Amelia or the others" one told us, practically slapping Huntor in the face. "I'm so sorry, I really am." Huntor had merely nodded, and turned, his face was set like stone, his eyes cold, lifeless. "This is enough." He said. "What is?" Sarah asked. "We finish this." Huntor said. "No more detors, no more resting, we finish the prophecy, then, we wage war on the Keepers, we finish what they started." His eyes, his eyes were cold and unforgiving as he said it, and as he did, he turned and walked passed us up the stairs, and into the void.

KITANA:
"Seriously?" I asked harshly as I held the purple iPhone to my ear. "Don't get pissy with me Shadow." Audrey said. "Look, he just escaped and is leaving Florida anyway." "That isn't the point Audrey, the point is why didn't he contact us directly, r Brooklyn, hell, Wenzi—"Do I sound like I have any frigging idea?" Audrey snapped, loosing her temper. In the background, I heard Lorna say, "Audrey, be gentle." I heard the other,Camille say, "Like hell I'm gonna let you snap like that." Audrey said, "Shut up both of you." Then to me, "Look Kitana, I don't know his plans, I don't know his reasons, all I know is something made him go to Florida, he went, now he's going somewhere where he believes they'll complete the prophecy." "Where would that be?" I asked. "God fucking damn it Kitana, if I knew I'd tell you. I don't know." A growl slid from between my parted lips. Brooklyn snatched the phone from me before I coudl smash it. "Audrey thanks for the update, we appreciate it." She hung up and said, "You gotta get that wolf of your's under control, you only have one iPhone." I bared my teeth. Brooklyn threw her hands up, "Hey, just saying."
I got up and began to pace. Brooklyn plopped on her bed and watched me. "I'm sorry Kitana, really, but I don't know where he is." I snarled. Great, just great for him to drop off the radar, right when I needed him the most. Wenzi had something, a power that was so unreal it had to belong ot another world. A power I suspected Huntor knew she had all along, but I couldn't confirm because he was nowhere to be found. "I cannot wait anymore Brooklyn." I said. "Kitana we ave no choice, Huntor is where he needs to be, we have to wait—"There is no waiting, Wenzi Diana and I have otherworldly powers, one of us needs to find out just where they originate from." "What are you gonna do?" "I'm gonn make a portal to the Communal Plain, then to the High Plains." "Hell no." Brooklyn said, getting to her feet. "Hell no, you aren't going out there. You don't know what predators are hunting there, what you'll face." 'At least I can call on a friend." I said. "You're not going alone." She said. "I'm going with you." "Fine." "You're sister's gonna kill me." "If she has any brains, she'll know where t find me." I left the note under Diana's pillow and took a deep breath. Brooklyn drew on the wall, drew the symbol of the Indigo, the bow with a trident set on the string. The symbol glowed, then spread till the entire wall was covered. "Ready?" She asked. In answer, I walked forward, and into te bright blue void.
