Mikes POV:
Oh shittt. What was I meant to do now???? I don't want to have to explain sex to my extremely innocent soon to be girlfriend!
"Uh," I said clearing my throat. El looked confused as to why this was such a big deal. "W-why do you Uh wanna know el?" I asked desperately trying to wiggle out of the situation. She shrugged.
"Hopper asked if me and you were having sex and I asked him what that was and he told me to ask you." She said smiling, honestly not knowing what she was asking me.
"It is uh something you do with someone you love..." I said really not wanting to explain the full concept.
"Oh. So we have sex?" She asked. Fuck. I felt my self get hot. This cannot be happening.
"Um, no el." I said wishing for the conversation to be over. She looked weirdly sad.
"Why?" She asked. "You don't love me?" Oh no no no.
"Oh baby, no no no! I love you a lot but we're just... too young at the moment." I explained, hugging her close.
"Oh," she said. She still sounded confused but thankfully didn't push it further.
**time jump to the day before the trip**
I started to pack my and Els stuff. She was at the movies with Will and max, I was a bit bummed out i couldn't go too but at least it gave me time to pack without el getting suspicious cos it was still a surprise. I just chucked a load of stuff from my closet into my backpack. I then got Nancy to drive me to hoppers house so I could pack for el. I got her lilac travel bag and first put the shoes in: her favourite red converse, her black hiking boots and her white casual Adidas. I then got her comfiest black joggers, her favourite blue jeans and her chill out black leggings. I then put in her maroon Nike cropped top, my huge grey Adidas hoodie that she looks adorable in and likes to steal and her favourite most comfy blue sweater. I throw in her black swimsuit, her fluffy onesie, her huge comfy sock\slippers and a load of random underwear. I then run to the store and grab her favourite candy and snacks: Reece's pieces, haribos, skittles, nerds, dried mango and Diet Coke. I put them in a cooler and set off back home. I put the cooler in the refrigerator and decided that because I had time to kill I would mess with el a bit when she got in.
Els POV
Jonathan dropped me back off at mikes. I felt kinda bad because he was spending his visit home with a load of kids but he seemed to enjoy it. I said thanks to him and said bye to Will and max before getting out and going inside. I went into the kitchen for a snack because we ate all of the popcorn in the ads and we only had the weird little kernel things by the time the movie actually started. I saw an eggo box on the counter, but much to my dismay it was empty. There was a little note attached to it, it said:
"Hey cutie, go to our favourite place in the house" I grinned. I grabbed the note, shoved it in my pocket and ran to the basement and crawled into the fort (that mike rebuilt out of guilt) and in it was another note. 
"Nice one beaut, now go to my dads favourite place in the house." I giggled, grabbed the note and ran to the layZboy. Surprise surprise, there was another note.
"Getting good at this baby, now go to the best phone in the house." I always got a weird tingly feeling when he called me baby, I don't know why but I like it. I ran upstairs to Nancy's room and on her phone was yet another note.
"Good one gorgeous! Go to the worst room in the house." I put it in my pocket alongside all of the others and went to the spare room\my room at mikes. On the pillow was... OMG! Another note.
"Getting good at this now! All you have to do is go to where your favourite person sleeps." I laughed and ran across the landing to mikes room. On his dresser was another note.
"All done now, just turn them over in order of when you found them and read the word."
I arranged them in order and turned them over. There was a single letter on the back of each that spent closet with the other ones. I smirked and ran to the closet, expecting to see mike but he wasn't there.

Mikes POV
I sat just watching her being adorable, and cross legged on my carpet arranging the little notes on the floor. I loved how her face lit up when she thought she found me. I snook slowly and quietly from my hiding place under the bed. I crept behind her and wrapped my arms around her, screaming in her ear, trying to scare her. It worked, she jumped a mile bless her. I didn't let go of her and led her over to the bed where we cuddled until we fell asleep. I'm so excited for tomorrow!!!
