65 : Old Faces from Unova

(Next Morning)

"It seems I am going up against a boy called Cameron while you are going up against girl called Bianca from the Unova school." Serena says as she examines the match ups.

"Indeed. It would have been better if i could have battled Cameron instead." Ash says while sighing.

"Why?" Serena asks in an curious tone.

"Because I have a score to settle with Cameron." Ash says. Serena gets puzzled for a moment then it hits her.

"Of course. You lost in the Unova league to him didn't you? It was a major setback after the Sinnoh league track record if I recall correctly when I looked at your past league records." Serena says.

"Yeah. That was not such a good journey. I was foolish and didn't use any of my veteran Pokemon. Of course now I won't make such a mistake." Ash says.

"Well it seems I am up. You two cheer me on." Serena says as she pets Pikachu to it's delight and gives Ash a kiss before running off for her own match.

"Say hi to Cameron from me." Ash says as he and Pikachu wave Serena goodbye.

"I will." Serena says as she runs off.

(10 Minutes Later)

"I see. So you are the Kalos Queen. I must say I have seen your previous battles. You have certainly exceeded my expectations. But I should tell you that I beat your boyfriend in the Unova league." Cameron says.

"Of course. You were lucky that your Lucario evolved and on doing so it gained health and power which allowed you to defeat Ash but that's not going to happen again. Go Rhyhorn." Serena says as she tosses her Poke-ball.

"In that case go Samurott." Cameron says.

"Battle Begin." Referee announces.

"A water type how predictable. You say you have watched all my matches and you still choose a water type. Very well then you may have the first move." Serena says while smiling.

"Use Hydro Cannon." Cameron commands.

"Dodge it." Serena says. Rhyhorn complies and dodges the attack without any difficulty.

"Use Hydro Cannon back to back." Cameron commands.

"Rhyhorn sweetie you know what to do." Serena says as Rhyhorn nods before dodging them all outright.

"Ugh. Why won't it hit?" Cameron says to himself as he throws somewhat of a tantrum.

"Interesting you are acting just like Ash before we went on our journey." Serena says while looking into the VIP Box window to see Ash grumbling at her remark. Cameron stretches his hairband and let's it go only for it to hit his forehead to snap some ideas into it.

"That's it. Use a combination move. Use Aqua Jet and then use Razor shell while maintaining a spinning Aqua Jet so that the spinning Razor Shell looks like a Drill Peck." Cameron commands as he remembers Ash's combination moves of Electroball and Iron Tail with which he defeated Trip's Serperior.

Serena does nothing as she calmly watches Samurott's Aqua Jet Razor Shell combination move come closer.

"I didn't think you would be this stupid to actually walk right into defeat's arms. But thanks for making my job easier. Rhyhorn let is get close then use Thunderbolt." Serena says to Cameron's shock.
