(One Week Later)
"The question that arises in front of us is what do we do now? The Pokemon world and it's security is under threat from this man's presence. We need a contingency plan in the very probable event that we may need to neutralize him to ensure the peace and security of the Pokemon world." Kalosian minister of Pokemon replies.
"Seconded." Unovan minister says.
"Agreed but the problem is we're dealing with something beyond our understanding and comprehension. Until we figure out his strengths and weaknesses we can't do anything to stop him. He's just too powerful." Diantha replies.
"You don't need to tell us that. News of your incompetency has already reached us. You are lucky that the Pokemon league is suspended. If it weren't the govt. of Kalos would have removed you from the position of champion. As it is you are all just champions for the name. Due to your poor track record and repeated failure in keeping the faith of the Pokemon world on your capabilities intact. All the governments have decided as soon as the league reopens you will be removed from your position. Also your entire Elite Four and Gym leaders will be put under a screening test to see whether they deserve to keep their titles as well." Kalosian minister replies as Diantha lowers her head in shame.
"We understand. We'll step down. I am sure all of us feel the same way about us not deserving the mantle of being a champion." Cynthia replies.
"Now. As we understand it. This man is a very powerful Aura Guardian." Kantonian minister asks.
"We thought so. But now we are of the opinion that this man may be more powerful than Aura Guardians ever were." Lance replies.
"You are telling me after all this time you don't know anything about this man. That is the height of incompetency. With the latest technology, forensic knowledge and the entire International Police force supporting you. You still don't know anything which will help us in dealing with this man should he pose a threat to the security and sovereignty of the Pokemon world?" Kantonian minister says as he rebukes Lance for his failures.
"I am sorry. We tried everything. Somehow he was always one step ahead of us. We don't even know his name. All he does is call himself the Dragon Emperor." Lance replies.
"Disappointing. I will be putting your position as head of the G-Men under review as well." Kantonian minister replies as Lance hangs his head in utter shame.
"Well so far all morning we have got bad news only. Any good news?" Unovan minister asks.
"Yeah. There is good advise if you want it." Oak says.
"Which is?" Kantonian minister asks.
"Stay away and mind you own business." Oak says which causes all the ministers to burst in laughter.
"May I remind you that we control the sovereignty of the Pokemon world. No matter how strong that man claims to be he's still a man and he can be defeated and we shall do so." Kalosian minister says. This time the champions and Prof. start laughing.
"Right. Sure you will." Diantha says as she wipes the tears of laughter from her eyes.
"We are not joking. We'll hit him with the entire force of the military if need be. We will remove this obstacle and retake control of the Pokemon world." Kantonian minister replies..
"Yeah. All he needs to do is call a Joker's Wild then laugh at you while your military stands there looking like a band of buffoons. You can't beat him. Trust me we already tried. If the entire Pokemon league can't beat him what hope does your military have?" Diantha asks.
