Chapter 34 : Fake Smile

-Seungri POV-

After went to hospital visiting Jiyong, the last thing I remembered is Jiyong hyung covered me with towel because I was shivering in the car. Then Youngbae hyung woke me up

"Ri, wake up. Eat up this medicine"

My abdomen still aching but not like the last time. I'm so weak. Youngbae hyung shoved me the medicine and he laid me back tugged me under the thick blanket. Then I sleep again. When I sleep, I dreamt someone. I don't know who is she but that person seems very close and knows me well. I barely hear her sweet voice, the sweet voice that I missed so much. The only words I remember is "You still young, you can't die yet. There's much things you have to explore in this world" After that I woke up to Seo Woo's voice

"Ri? Seungri? Are you awake? I'm here." Seo Woo slowly shook my hand and I fluttered my eyes

"Seungri-ya, mianhaeyo. I forgot to bring the medicines for you. I should pass the supply on the last day before vacation. Mianhaeyo" Seo Woo added, guilty

~It's okay, it just a week. I still can survive without that medicines. Don't feel sorry~ I said, slowly moving my fingers and Seo Woo passed me a bunch of pills. I told her to place them in the drawer beside my bed.

"Since when you having fever? You look so pale now." Seo asked curious

~I don't know, sometimes I feel so healthy and sometimes the fever come very sudden. it's the symptoms right?~ I answered innocent.

We talked for about 30 minutes and as usual, Seo Woo silly jokes really made my day. Thanks to her. She's the only friend that I have through thick and thin. Sometimes I feel sorry for burdening her but, she's just so stubborn like me, can't help at all. After that, she excuse herself to go home. As she's leaving, my head feel so heavy and my abdomen is starting to aching. I tried my best to calm down and endure the pain. I laid correctly on the bed and without noticing, my nose started to bleed and the pain is worsen. I curled my body and then I heard Jiyong hyung shouted my name

"SEUNGRI!!"

I can't see hyung because I shut my eyes tight but I know that's Jiyong hyung. He place my head on his thigh while wiping the blood that streaming out endlessly. That time I'm half awake and I heard Jiyong's cracked voice fading

"Ri.. Seungri-ya.." and I lost my consciousness. Soon, I gained my consciousness back

"Ri? You hear hyung?" Jiyong hyung asked in panic as I slowly opened my eyes. I curled my body holding back the pain. I feel so cold and I think that I caught fever again.

~Hyung.. hurts.. it hurts~ lifelessly I said

"Where? Where Ri? Tell us." I heard Youngbae asked but the pain is really great now

"Hyung! Here the painkiller." I heard Daesung hurriedly run from the kitchen and passed the painkiller to Jiyong

"Ri.. wake up maknae.. eat up this.. it'll less your pain" Jiyong hyung help shoved the medicine and drink water, and tugged tugged under the thick blanket since I was shivering. Cold. Then I fall asleep.

The next morning, i wake up and I found nobody is in the room. Without wasting time, I quickly take my life's pills and gulp it. Then, slowly I laid back.

'Hyung, I'm dying hyung.. Please forgive me hyung. Ri know if one day hyung know about my condition hyung will hate Ri. Don't worry hyung, Ri will go before hyung know about this stupid disease' He thought alone, crying.

-end of Seungri POV-

"Ri? You awake?" Jiyong slowly entered the room and as he walked nearer to the bed he noticed tears staining on Seungri's chubby cheeks
"Why are you crying Ri? Hurts somewhere?" Jiyong sit on the bed beside Ri while caressing his milky white cheeks.

'Hyung.. Ri is sorry'

~Ah, no hyung.. I'm okay~ Seungri sit on the bed with hyung's help

"Are you sure? C'mon tell hyung if there's something bothering you baby. Its not good wake up with tears to start the day" Jiyong hiccuping the little boy face facing him and Jiyong earn the most purest smile from Ri. but sad to say, the smile is a fake one

'How can I tell hyung about my condition when Jiyong hyung always make me smile no matter how hard I cry'

~Nothing hyung, I just feel bad for troubling hyung last night. Mianhae~ Seungri said and rubbed his nape.

"Ya.. don't say that. You never burdening hyung Ri. It's our responsible to take care of you. Don't feel bad okay? Hyung want the old Ri. The playful, the cutest and the healthy maknae back. Seems like your fever getting down already. Come, let's have breakfast. Youngbae hyung already cooked your favourite food" Jiyong piggyback Seungri and walked downstairs

'Thank you hyung, gomawo for everything'

"Good morning panda boy! Feeling well?" Daesung pinched Seungri's cheek

"Ya! why did you pinch him? Poor my baby" Jiyong bring Seungri few steps further from Daesung

"Its not that hurt hyung.. Ri just smile okay?!" Daesung said sulking

"Stop, stop... don't play anymore.. come let's eat. Ri, hyung cooked your fave food today, Kimchi Fried Rice." Youngbae hyung, the mama said. Jiyong let Seungri sit beside him at the bar and gladly feed Seungri even Seungri said he can eat by himself. Later, Seunghyun hyung comeback home.

"Hyung?! I thought you're doing OT again today." Youngbae said

"No, my boss give me rest since I don't come home last night..I was too immersed with the tender. Oh, Ri.. how are you today?" Seungri lift his thumbs up as okay. They all having breakfast together and the kitchen was too loud with their shouts and laughs.

"Ri, you eat not even 10 spoons yet. You need to eat more. Get healthy back" Jiyong nagged at him

~No more hyung, I have no appetite.~ Seungri replied

"Just little more.. aaa... train is coming.." Jiyong trying to force Ri to eat more and Seungri keep shaking his head as 'no'

"Enough Ji. it's okay Seungri already eat right even a little. Finish your breakfast and bring Ri upstairs, rest." Seunghyun hyung command.

"Ne~"

Jiyong walked behind Seungri but he didn't notice that Seungri is limping because he was playing with his phone. Seungri use the wall to help him as support to walk.
'Why my head feel so heavy like this? I already ate the pills before right... ahh' Seungri endure the headache and he stopped walking. Youngbae from afar at the kitchen bar looking at Seungri, he know something wrong must happened to Ri, his maknae. But he don't know what is it.

"Ji, stop playing with your phone, help Ri go up" Youngbae shout. When Jiyong looked up at Seungri, he nearly fall on the floor and Jiyong catch him right away.

"Ri, what's wrong?" and he earned a smile again. Jiyong can see Seungri already turned pale.
"Come, let hyung piggyback you"

~Hyung, I want to wash up first~

"Sure, let hyung help you okay?" Jiyong said

~A-ani, it's okay. I can do it by myself. Hyung just wait here okay?~ and Jiyong hyung just nodded agree. While waiting for Seungri, Jiyong just look through his phone and then Youngbae comes in.

"Ji, I wanna go out a while."

"Uh, go out? with who? Hyorin Noona eeh~?" Jiyong teased and Youngbae blushed
"See, am I right?"

"Ne~. Long time no see her. Kinda missing. I gotta go first. Take care of Ri okay?" Youngbae then grab his belongings and walked out

After that Seungri just stay in the room and clinging to his fave hyung. They spent all day long together with Seunghyun and Daesung hyung.

Meanwhile Youngbae on the other side....
