Viola brushed some hair out of her eyes as she exited the library where she’d gone to pick up some books; she had taken up studying the city since she didn't have a job and had no idea what she wanted to do now that she lived in Barcelona.
The brunette was wearing a cream blouse with contrast front detail and black high waisted skinny jeans paired with cowboy black western boots.
Lionel had insisted that on buying her, her own car so that she didn't have to rely on him or Matías driving her anywhere; the brunette had been stunned when he had given her, the keys to a blue Audi A5 Coupe.
“You know… he doesn’t really love you right,” said a voice making Viola pause as she put the books into her car, it was early September and it had been weeks since her encounter with Antonella; she hadn’t expected to run into her again.
Antonella moved towards the woman that had taken her place in Lionel’s life, she didn't understand how his parents could see the brunette as a better replacement for her; Viola wasn’t anything special.
“I know… I don’t expect him to love me, we are arranged to marry there isn’t anything we can do about it,” Viola said as she looked at Antonella warily, she didn't know what the older brunette wanted but she had a feeling that this wasn’t going to end well.
Antonella stared at Viola, she wanted nothing more than to hurt the brunette but she knew that, that wouldn’t win her Lionel back.
“I’d be careful if I were you… I would hate to see you have a very nasty accident,” Antonella said as she moved threateningly towards the brunette; she smirked as she watched fear cloud Viola’s brown eyes before someone called out.
“Antonella… what are you doing here?” Daniella asked as she approached the two women, she looked at Viola concerned as she stopped a little away from them; she had thought that Antonella would have returned to Argentina.
“Dani… it’s nice to see you again,” the brunette replied innocently as she looked at her friend, however it was clear that Daniella didn't believe her for a moment; the Lebanese moved closer to Viola, who seemed a little shocked right now.
“Anto, why are you still in Barcelona?” Daniella asked as she glanced at Viola, this wasn’t going to end well; it was clear that Antonella wasn’t letting go of Lionel like she should have.
“I’m waiting for Lionel to come to his senses…” Antonella said stubbornly making Daniella look at her friend, she knew that the argentine hadn’t taken Lionel’s arranged marriage to Viola well but she had at least thought that she’d move back to Argentina so that she could move on.

Lionel sighed as he sat down next to Viola as he listened to what Daniella had to say about their encounter with Antonella; it was clear that she wasn’t taking the end of their relationship well.
“I didn't think she took it that bad,” Lionel said as Viola looked at him, she knew that Antonella loved Lionel and it worried her, what the other brunette would do to get him back.
Daniella sighed as she looked at Cesc, she could see that her friend hadn’t been herself when she had seen her; Daniella had been the one that Antonella had turned to when Lionel revealed the truth about his arranged marriage to Viola.
“She was really hurt when you told her about the arrangement… I thought she’d go back to Argentina to clear her head,” Daniella said making Cesc nod as he remembered what had happened.
He has seen how broken Antonella had been about being kept in the dark about the arranged marriage.
They sat quietly for a moment; they knew that there was nothing that could be done for the damage that Lionel had left Antonella with, there was no going back to repair any of it.
“Do you think that there is anything I could do?” Lionel asked making Daniella look at him and shake her head; she knew that he was only trying to help but Antonella needed a clean break, she didn't need to think that there was any hope for her and Lionel to be reunited.
“Just leave her be… you don’t want her to get the wrong idea and be hurt more in the long run,” Cesc said making Lionel nod while Viola sat quietly as she watched him, she felt horrible that she had done this to Antonella; she knew that the model hadn’t deserved what had happened to her.

Antonella pursed her lips as she entered her apartment, she couldn't believe that Viola had taken over her life; it was meant to be here that married Lionel.
The brunette smirked as she spotted her boyfriend of five years cooking dinner, she knew that it was wrong but Gavin had been with her through thick and thin.
Gavin Fernandez was the man that Antonella had turn to when Lionel was focused on his career, he knew that she was manipulation the footballer to get what she wanted; he didn't blame her and now time was running out for them to capitalise on it.
“How did it go?” Gavin asked as he started to serve dinner, Antonella smiled as she slipped out of her coat and set it down before she moved to kiss her boyfriend.
“I have Daniella eating out of my hands, deep down she thinks that I am hurting…” Antonella said as she wrapped her arms around Gavin’s neck and kissed his lips again; he grinned as he rested his hands on her hips and pressed her close to him.
Gavin kissed her lips as he grinned at her, their plan was falling into place and he hoped that Lionel would take Antonella back so they could go through with their plan.
The couple had been working on this since Antonella had managed to catch Lionel’s attention three years earlier; they planned on her marrying the footballer then leaving him taking every penny that he had.
“So what is this Viola like?” Gavin asked as he moved to pour them some wine, Antonella rolled her eyes as she smirked at her boyfriend; she couldn't believe that Lionel was marrying someone that wasn’t even that attractive.
It had annoyed her that his family had covered his relationship with her as a fling while he was engaged to Viola, even if it was true; Antonella wanted the couple to suffer for the humiliation that they had put her through.
“How about a toast,” Gavin said as he handed her a glass of wine, Antonella smirked as she nodded her head knowing that he was pleased with the way that her plan was going.
“To Lionel Messi, the idiot who will make us very, very rich,” Gavin said making Antonella laugh as she clinked her glass of wine with his, she had to agree.
She hadn’t thought that it would have been this easy for them to trick Lionel so far but it was clear that he had no idea that she was using him and she doubted that he ever would.
