Chapter Nineteen: Assault On The Arena

At Gigantica's Royal Arena, over thousands upon thousands of people, human and giant, have gathered in the grandstands, all of them awaiting for what was to happen here in the arena. Some of them were having a bad feeling, but they didn't say a thing, since there were many Knights nearby the gates and other passages that lead onto the arena's main field/area.

The arena looked to be 10 times larger than that of The OmegaDome, with a design that mirrored that of the Roman Colosseum, along with having some futuristic touches; there were hovering bowls the size of swimming pools on the top of the arena with lit fires inside of them, along with comfortable seats for the many people in the grandstands, whilst in addition, there were protective forcefields surrounding the entirety of the field in the centre of the arena, which reached up to the 5,000m height of the arena. The arena was highly futuristic on the outside, like some kind of high-tech football stadium.

Up on an upper level of the arena, there was the throne from the citadel, and Samuels was right now standing on its left side. On the right was Allucard's wife, Pandora, who had crossed her arms across her chest, awaiting for her husband to arrive.

She has ashen-black hair and bright amber eyes, while her fingernails are painted dark red. She is wearing a black mask over her left eye, and she has scarring extending into a slight x-shape over the bridge of her nose. She has a slender body shape, whilst standing at the same height as Allucard. She was wearing a long, black dress with one long, wide sleeve hiding her left arm. The edges of the collar and the opening for the right arm are gold-coloured, and the upper chest and left sleeve are decorated with golden designs. The right side of her dress is open from the hip down with two gold-coloured straps made up of interwoven ropes connecting the front half to the back half of her thigh. Under the dress, she looked to be wearing her black pantyhose. On the right hip, the dress has a black rhombus-shaped gem set in a gold-coloured metal of the same shape, with feathers of varying shades of red extending from the bottom of it. On her right arm, she was wearing a long, black glove, the top of which has a red-coloured metal ring with curvy branching extensions going up her arm. Her right ear has a ring-shaped earring.

Soon, a silence then befalls the entire arena, as Samuels walked over to a microphone up front of the ledge he, Pandora, and the seat were on. "Ladies and Gentlemen." He began. "Presenting your Majesty, leader of Gigantica, the mightiest of them all... King Allucard!" He announced.

The crowds call out in uproar, as the man of the hour walked up, wearing an elaborate robe of red, with many jewels and markings on the collar, along with a large golden staff in his right hand.

"Hello, Hello, and welcome!" Allucard waved to the crowds, then settled down into his seat, as Slash walked up and stood to attention on the left of the throne. "I am glad that many of you were able to come tonight to this grand public event..."

Outside the arena, and sprinting towards the site, Braedey, James, Naomi, Jessie, Karen, Harrison, Fiona, Tyler, and Chika made their way towards the front gate of the arena. They waited there, seeing about four guards protecting the entrance to the arena, and they didn't seem to notice the group at all.

"Dragneel to Nightfury Squadron." Braedey spoke through a Bluetooth device on his left ear, contacting Andrea. "We are nearby the arena. What's your 20?"

About a few hundred feet up in the air, not far away from the city, Andrea and Bravery, the latter being in his Nightfury form, were flying towards the location, and alongside them, there were around 30 or so Nightfuries, all of them with different colour schemes, some of them being male and female, ambit all of them following Bravery's command.
