Chapter 29:

His eyes tried to navigate the space around him but he was utterly lost. His back sharply turned at any sound of movement, his wand gripped tightly in his hand.

His legs crackled there way through what looked like an endless tunnel, except the difference from anything else he had seen today was that torches lit the whole walkway down.

He pushed his glasses against his eyes, so close he could see the dust spectacles on them. He didn't want to lose them again, if he did he would be completely utterly lost in a battle again. He couldn't help but feel his legs shaking beneath him as he walked along the path. He moved closer to the left wall and brushed his fingers against the wall. As if clay they broke off at any touch of them.

Where am I? Harry wondered to himself as he stopped examining the chipping walls.

The walls were dissolving at just the touch of his fingers as he brushed by.

Suddenly, Harry jumped back a rock fell from the the top of this tunnel, it landed inches away from his head. He jumped back, startled before slowly looking to the roof almost scared at what he would find. He glanced up and panic filled through his body.

"Oh no".

He took off in a sprint as all at once the wall a over started collapsing onto him. His arms flew onto of him as he tried to protect himself from the falling rocks.

"Impedimenta!", he screamed pointing his wand at the roof of falling rocks. The rocks went still as Harry threw this curse at them. He looked up and holted from his running. He saw that they had all stopped mid-air.

He breathed a sigh of relief, "Good".

He continued running down the tunnel though wanting to get out as soon as possible. His heart was beating by the time he reached the dead end at the end of the tunnel.

"You've got to be kidding me", he muttered under his breath.

He pounded on the wall with his fists hoping that something would happen but nothing did.

"Reducto!", he belted trying to see if that would work but knew it was a long shot.

The wall in front of his stayed right in it's shape and looked back at him as if laughing finding this scene hilarious. Harry smirked at the wall but stopped quickly thinking that he was going crazy.

Suddenly as if a hand reached out and grabbed him he was pulled into the wall next to him. He closed his eyes believing that he was going to crash right into the wall but surprisingly he didn't and smoothly glided into the wall. He passed through the walls and when he opened his eyes all he saw was moving blackness. His heart was hammering against his chest as he was finally dropped down onto open pavement.

His body crashed with the soft grass underneath him.

Where seriously was he? He asked himself raising himself to his feet slowly. There was nothing around him except open fields and there was a lack of fresh air around him. He looked up and saw that there was no blue sky above him only bleak darkness.

"Great", he mumbled to himself.

Where was he? It seemed like he was in a maze with different obstacles that he couldn't get out of.

"Golly me", came a voice behind him. Harry turned on the spot quickly his wand firmly going with him. He was met by silver eyes shining at him with great amazement.

"Harry Potter! When he told me he was sending you I thought he must be joking!".

The man came up and practically tackled Harry into a hug. Harry backed up from him quickly.

"Who are you?", Harry said keeping his wand on him. The man retreated a bit.

Harry could finally see him clearly in the light. He had a small aftershave growing on his chin which was the same color as his white colored hair. He was a bit larger then normal people but not as large as Hagrid.

"Why Pat didn't tell you?", his eyes were scrunched in confusion. "Pat wasn't very welcome to have me stay much longer. He contacted you?", Harry asked.

Pat nodded, "Of course. Would you like to come in? I could answer all your questions inside". Harry looked around at the open fields and seriously thought that this man was crazy. "Inside?", he asked. "Oh I'm sorry you must think I'm crazy", the old man smiled and turned around.

With one wave of his hand he swished it in the air and suddenly Harry saw the invisible spell dropping off the house. Harry stared in amazement as the invisible spell melted down. The old man's eyes looked excitably at Harry as if waiting for his approval.

Harry hesitated for a moment but he thought better of it. This man could provide him with answers that he wanted and plus it's better to know where you were then be lost in this endless field of grass. He slowly nodded his head and he could feel the old man's eyes jumping with joy as he slowly made his way to the house.
