   Okay, so that was a cruel joke, and I am apologize for everyone who went through that. I understand how excited a lot of you are for this story, and I am honestly excited as well.

   It is true what I said, however. I am very nervous about posting this story because Zayn's emotions are very particular and very contradicting to his actions. The pain he has been through and the scar that it has left on him truly impacts his every action, word, and thought.

     I am going to say that Zayn's point of view may not be easy to read for everyone, and there may be things that you do not understand, but his mind is a dangerous place to him. He goes against his feelings because of the abuse he suffered, and the words that his father told him have been imprinted into his brain and branded onto his heart.

    There will be triggering scenes in this story such as mentions/scenes of the sexual abuse Zayn suffered from his father's hands, mentions/scenes of his self-harming before he began drinking to numb his pain, and Zayn's overall thoughts about his sexuality, self-worth, and self-doubt/guilt may be upsetting to readers and may be triggering. Please stop reading at any time if it becomes too much, and please message me if you want to know exactly what happened in a chapter. The last thing I want is for anyone to be terribly harmed by this story.

     I just really want you all to read safely when this story does begin, and I want you guys to know that you always have someone to talk to when you need it. I'm always free to message.      Finally, I think you all would be glad to know that this story will begin tomorrow, April 2nd. I promise. This is not another April Fools prank. This story will be starting tomorrow, and I will nervously await your reactions to the very first chapter.
