{Mi Young's POV}

Today is Saturday, 12 in the afternoon to be exact. I spent me whole morning watching my little brother. I have work in a hour and I'm so out of energy.

"Hwan I have to start getting ready for work so if you sit here until I'm finished we will go for ice cream!" I smiled to him and he nodded smiling back.

I get my uniform and a towel from my room and head to the bathroom. I took my clothes off and got into the shower letting the warm water hit my skin.

I started to think about when Taehyung almost kissed me yesterday. I brushed it off since I had work after. I finish washing the soap off my body and I dry myself off.

I throw on my uniform and put my hair in a ponytail, followed by some light makeup. Then I head downstairs and see Hwan sitting on the sofa watching cartoons.

"Thank you Hwan for sitting here patiently, after work I will by you ice cream ok!" I smiled and ruffled his hair. Then I hear the door unlock which was perfect timing, Eomma came home.

"I'm heading to work so I'll be back soon. When I get back I'm taking Hwan for ice cream." I say to them as I grab my bag and leave the house to walk to my job.

When I get there I can smell the fresh coffee and it really calms me down. Yes I work at a cafe the pay is not that bad here and its close to my house so I'm glad I got hired here.

I been working here for about 7 months and I think I got really close with the workers. I made new friends that I can definitely trust all in this little cafe.

"Ah Mi Young your right on time because my shift just ended." Eun said to me. I put my apron on and stood at the cash register ready to take the next customer.

"Here Mi Young can you take this to table 9." Joon handed my a tray with a water and a iced latte. I took the tray and walked to table 9, it was a man in about his 30's.

"Here are your drinks sir enjoy!" As i was walking away I felt a hand grab my wrist. I was shocked and I wanted to punch that guy in his face but I have to remember I'm at work and if I do that I'll lose my job.

"Thank you beautiful i didn't get your name?" I turned around and saw him smirking. "Excuse me sir do you mind letting go of my wrist." I smiled to him trying to handle the situation calmly and nicely.

He didn't let go of my wrist but tighten his grip on my wrist. He then looked down at my name tag. "Mi Young I see, how about you and I go out sometime."

"No, I think not." I tried pulling my wrist away from his grip. "Oh cmon it'll be fun." He smirked again and pulled my wrist so I could go closer to him.

"I said n-" Before I could finish telling the man I saw a fist hit fly to his face. He finally let go of my wrist so I rubbed it with my other hand. "Didn't you hear her, she said no!" When I heard the voice my heart started beating abnormally fast.

"You son of a b-" He got cut off when my manager came and assisted the situation. "Is there a problem here?" My manager asked with a smile. "Nothing ma'am this customer was just making his way out of this lovely cafe." I smiled at the man then at my manger.

He just shoulder bumped Taehyung and left the cafe. Everyone in the cafe saw what happened and I was a little embarrassed. "Seriously what happened?" My manager asked again, so I told her what happened.

I was walking back to the cash register when I realized that I didn't say thank you to Taehyung. Before I could turn around to thank him my actions were cut off by his big embrace. "Are you ok? Were you really about to handle this guy on your own?" Taehyung asked me.

"Y-yes I'm fine. How did know I was here?" "Hyun Jae told me you work here." Geez that girl I mentally face palmed myself.

"O-oh well t-thank you."
"It's no big deal I'll wait for you to finish your shift and i can walk you home."
"I'm ok my house is around the corner."
"Nope I'm still walking you home weather you like it or not. Do you remember what happened last time you walked home alone?"
"R-right."

He walked over to a table in the corner and told me he would wait there. I really love and appreciate Taehyung. I smiled to myself and finished the rest of my shift.
