"are you sure you want to find out the gender, baby?" ross asks, holding my hand as the doctor applies the gel onto my stomach.

"yes. i was thinking about it all last night, and i want to start setting up the nursery." i sigh.

ross grins. "okay. let's do this."

after our doctors appointment, ross and i were over the moon excited. we were planning on having dinner at stormie's tonight, and we were planning on telling the family what we were expecting.

when we pulled up to stormie's everyone was already here, savannah was sitting on the couch with ricky as she fed him a bottle. he was the cutest little baby ever, and he was only a week old which made my heart melt. i couldn't wait to be a mommy.

"how's he been at night?" i ask as vanni softly hands him over to me.

"he's actually not that bad." riker answers. "he usually cries around three in the morning and it's because his diaper is full. but other than that, he's been the best so far."

"where's my adorable little nephew?" ross asks as he walks into the living room.

"here." i smile, handing ricky over to ross. "there's some practice."

"just think about it guys. this will be you in four months." vanni smirks.

"i know, it's crazy. i can't wait." ross grins, gently stroking ricky's cheek.

"didn't you guys go for a check up today?" rydel asks.

i nod, and smirk. "we found out the gender."

"what!" stormie exclaims. "no way! what are you having? what's my next grandchild?"

ross and i exchange looks, before a huge smirk is placed upon ross' lips.
