"it was good guys!" i exclaim. all of my siblings kept asking me how it was with laura last night.

"did you kiss her? are you guys going on a second date? do you like her? does she like you?" rydel bombards me.

"no, yes, i don't know and i don't know." i answer her in order.

"second date?" rydel grins. "where? when?"

"come on guys, leave ross alone." my mom comes in with a laugh, she pats my back and i sigh in relief.

"thank you!" i roll my eyes at my siblings.

"you realize you're like the luckiest guy in the world. laura marano is the sexiest model ever." rocky drools, emphasizing the word 'ever'

"yes, rocky. you've only said it twenty thousand times." ryland says, hitting him in the back of the head.

"where are you taking her on your next date, hunny?" my mom smirks.

"oh my god!" i sigh.

"alright, alright. everyone just give ross a minute." my mom waves her hands around in the air. "he's unsure!"

i walk upstairs in irritation, my dad was the only one not bothering me. i shut my bedroom door and collapse onto my bed.

i'm not angry or annoyed that they keep asking me questions, i mean— i would too if i was them. i just don't want to get my hopes up and then mine and laura's hangouts mean nothing, plus. we still have to talk and get to know each other more, we aren't just going to jump into a relationship, god knows what the media will say.

laura dm'd me her number last night and i added it into my contacts. i chose to text her now and ask her if she was up for a second date.

i have a photo shoot today, and
then i'm going out for an important
dinner, what about tomorrow?

i have soundcheck tomorrow,
plus a meet & greet. but maybe :(

maybe you can come for the
dinner? i have a meeting with
a photographer who would like
to sign me up.

no, no. i wouldn't want to intrude. it sounds like
something important anyway. what about if after
my plans tomorrow, we catch a movie?
