3-Adult Diversion

I walk into the lunch room without any emotion on my face.

I go grab some chips from the vending machine and a soda.

I look and see Jasmine and Tyler. I walk over to them.

"Surprise bitch I bet you thought you saw the last of me," I say spinning around.

"Hey, Nova," Jasmine says with a smile.

I walk and sit next to her.

"So you coming to the party tonight ?" Tyler asks.

"I don't know?" I say shrugging.

"It's gonna be fun," Jasmine says pulling my arm.

"Okay, Fine I'll go." I sigh

Lunch was over so I got up and walk over to the trash can.

I threw my bag away then took the cigarettes from my pocket.

"You are good and all but I'm too pretty and smell too good for you," I say dropping them in the trash.

I hit the door of the cafeteria.

Walking into the hallway.

A large group of people walked to the side like they were scared.

Typical.

I saw the group of guys from earlier rushing to me.

"Hey, you Okay?" Jack ask me.

"I'm fine why?" I ask confused.

"You were just chased like 7 miles by a policeman!" Camron yells.

"Oh, Luis he is harmless." I shrug.

"Since you guys are new here let me explain to you how this whole thing goes." I explain.

"Follow me, boys." I lead them to my car.

Grayson still has no emotion on his face.

I get out walking over to my spot.

There is an abandoned school on the west side of town that no one goes to.

"Are you gonna try and kill us sweetheart," Cameron whispers in my ear.

"Not feeling it today," I smirk.

"Just up here," I say jumping on to the latter in the middle of the dark hallway.

I make it up and see them easily jump up to the latter which was 7 feet in the air.

I get to the roof and make It over to the back.

It was dark outside so the lights that were hung on the rails lit up.

Then there was the door to the stairs which to sealed shut is where I sit. There are pillows and blankets by it.

I go and sit down.

"Holy shit." Kian expressed his thoughts.

"Damn we need a new hideout," Wes says.

"You can hang out here it's not my property." I shrug.

The boys make their way to me.

Grayson leans against the railing with a look of anger.

I swear if he keeps being this pissy I'm gonna push him off.

I smile at him.

"So teach us all about the ways of this down," Wes says as an exaggeration.

I roll my eyes. Cameron takes out a vape and inhaled it.

"Get your cloud of lies out of here," I say giving him bitch face.

He laughs passing it.

Shit, it smells good.

"Well, it's just like every other school you know the clicks, the popular kids, jocks, nerds," I say.

"But here we really never had any you know rebels," I say shrugging.

"What are you talking about everyone ran from you when you walked down the hall and us." Wes Ask.

"Exactly there's not many people like me here," I say.

"Well, that's about to change." Jack laughs.

I kind of summed up them.

So Kian and Wes are the sweethearts but still well dangerous.

Then there is Camron the flirt.

Then Grayson and Jack who are less open.

Grayson was looking at me while I was bitting my nails as the boys talked.

What was he looking at?

"So about that cop?" Camron ask me.

"Oh, Luis is my godfather he is harmless to me." I laugh.

"He is kind of like a dad to me he never does anything to me he just tries to turn me normal." I put up quotations up for normal.

"What about your parents?" Wes Ask me.

I gulp and stop for a moment.

"Um my dad is dead and so is my mom," I say biting my lip.

"That's how me and Jack met," Cameron says.

"My parents died in a fire when I was seven," Cameron says.

"My mom killed herself and killed my dad," Jack says looking at the ground.

"I only got my mom, my father walked out on me and my brothers," Kian says

"I got my dad and mom but my dad is abusive." Wes shrugs.

Now I know why these boys are friends , they are broken and they are using each other to fix each other.

The boys all look at Grayson and then look back at me. I guess it's something they don't mention.

I'm gonna be my bitch of a self and ask him later.

Haha, I hate myself.

Oh shit

"Fuck I forgot had friends I have to go to a party," I say standing up.

"Okay, then sweet stuff lead the way." Cameron winks.

Grayson growls. Fuck that was hot.

It wasn't like a weird wolf growl.

I walked over to the latter and jumped onto the ground. The boys followed Grayson was right behind me.

It was weird like he was blocking me from them.
