Such an innocent soul, of course he wasn't big on PDA unless you call holding hands and kisses on foreheads extreme PDA.

In Victor's eyes, PDA wasn't important to him. All he wanted to be happy was your presence but you definitely wanted a kiss sometimes. So, he's happily give you a not to short nor too long kiss to let you satisfied for a day.
