Walking out of the penthouse Yasmine was surprised when she looked back and she didn't see anyone behind her, people were looking at her as she made her way to the elevator but at that point she didn't care ..
Her tears didn't last long, after all she had learned how not to cry for years .. and on top of that she was done ..
The elevator doors opened and she got on along with someone else from the party.. giving him a weak
smile she stepped on but as soon as she did she heard Cameron's voice.. quickly turning around she stared into his eyes before he turned his attention to the other guy on the elevator..
"Get out .. catch the third one .." Looking back he turned to Chloe "And you get on the next one, don't let nobody ride down with you.. I'll be down there waiting by the time you get there.." Focusing his attention on Yasmine he let the elevators close
Yasmine stared at Chloe until they did so .. but once they did it was just her and Cameron .. Not saying anything at first he waited until the elevator reached the 3rd floor then he stopped it ..
"Where you think you going ?" He asked
She could feel his eyes on her but she never turned to face him, Cameron was damn good at manipulating her but this time she wasn't gonna let him no matter what he said or did .. She was planning on leaving him, whether she was going to a hotel or to a morgue she was done with Cameron ..
"Just take care of my daughter Cameron, please just do that .." she said as she stared at her reflection in the elevator doors, she wanted to cry but she refused to..
He had made her weak, but she was trying to gain years worth of strength back over night ..
Hearing him laugh she took a deep breath..
Stepping in front of her, he made her look at him ..
"I told you, it was only one way to leave me right ?" He asked ..
Yasmine never saw him take it out but she felt the tip of his knife pressing into the side of her neck .. forcing her into to a corner as she tried to get away from him he pressed harder ..
"Do it .." Her breathing was heavy but she meant what she said "If you gotta kill me for me to leave you then so be it .." She said
"Naw, I don't gotta kill you .. I could get you strung out, sell you for a little of nothin .. considering you gonna let your appearance go down the drain, then soon after that pussy won't be worth much of shit anymore.. it's a shame .. I'm gonna miss it .." He said as he kissed her neck
Shaking her head she sighed "Do what you gotta do Cam.." Pushing the knife down she finally looked him in the eyes .. "Sad thing is, I still love you .. I wanna hate you so bad but I can't .. I wish this could've ended differently.. I really do.." She said
Cameron didn't say anything, but he stared .. and stared ..
"What ?" Yasmine asked
"If you leave, ain't no coming back.. and no communication with Chloe whatsoever.." He said
"Cameron she's my daughter !!" She yelled
"Fuck all that, go if you wanna go ..Once I press this button and this elevator start moving again the deal is sealed so what you wanna do ?" He asked
"What if she wants to come with me ?" Yasmine asked
"She not going with you, end of story" He replied
"That's not gonna work for me .." She said
"Well, what you gonna do ?" He asked
"You think you're doin what's best for her ? Trying to keep her away from me to spite me? Huh ?" She asked
"I'm about to press this button .." He said
"Press it .." Yasmine sighed
Not expecting that to be her answer Cameron pushed her into the wall before slapping her.. Rolling up his sleeves he started hitting her, she was nothing compared to him but she did what she could .. hitting him when she could, scratching him, she did whatever she could until she couldn't ..
His face was scratched up with a couple bruises but laying on the elevator floor she was in more pain ..
"Get the fuck up.." He yelled
Pressing the elevator button it started moving as she attempted to get up .. by the time she did they were on the ground floor..
"Get her into the truck, me and Chloe will take mine .." He said as he stepped off the elevator
He watched as security took her out to the truck then he waited for Chloe ..
Stepping off the elevator she looked around "Where is she ?" She asked
"On her way to the house, let's go !!"
