Falling in love...again?

Your POV:

I got back to the hotel, just in time for Shawn to come back.

"Hey!" He says, kissing my cheek.

"Hey." I say back, and he instantly tells something's up.

"What's wrong?" He asks.

"Nothing." I mumble.

"No, it's not nothing." He says. "I think I know what it is."

"You do?" I say, looking up at him.

"Yeah, you still love him." He says, looking into my eyes.

"You mean Chance?" I ask.

"Yeah," He says, "you look through his Instagram all the time. I can tell when you are upset, and I can tell when your thinking about him."

"Oh." I say.

"Look, I'm not mad. If you want to, get back with him." He says. I smile a bit, then it fades when I remember that he has a girlfriend.

"I can't." I say.

"Why not?" Shawn asks me.

"Because he has a girlfriend." I say.

"No he doesn't." Shawn says.

"Yes he does, he told me." I say back.

"I'll text him now." Shawn says.

"Wait, you have his number?" I ask, and he chuckles.

"Yeah, we met before you made your decision. He gave me his number." He explains, and starts to text him.

Text between Shawn and Chance:

Shawn: Hey, so I hear you have a girlfriend! Congrats dude!

Chance: No I don't

Shawn: Oh...I thought you did since you told someone that you did.

Chance: Well, I did tell that to (y/n), but that just slipped out of my mouth.

Shawn: Oh, ok! Have a good night!

Chance: you too, man!

Shawn shows the messages to me, and I couldn't believe it! HE DOESN'T HAVE A GIRLFRIEND!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!! I mean, oh he doesn't have a girlfriend.

"Thank you Shawn!" I say giving him a hug.

"Hey, it's no problem, just promise me that we will stay friend." He says.

"Always!" I say back.
