Yuta was playing random notes till something sounded interesting.

"Beautiful hypnosis..." muttered Yuta writing down scraps of words. "Fog of secrets... fog of desire... fog of love... no that's pointless."

He tore the page out crumbled the paper and threw it behind him.

"Lake hypnosis, foggy morning, blue blue blues... moves in magic, fog of secrets, covering all the music... that doesn't make any sense!" Yuta pressed the keys down with his elbows. "Dark dark eyes, wrists as transparent as the surface of the lake, ah..."

A long since fell, while he was staring at the blank page in front of him, what was it to write a song three years ago, something so easy it was happening by itself, there were endless melodies in his head, his whole life reflected music, but now... yes the desert he was feeling inside him, he was dreaming about was the only one left, he was like dried soil, sure the third album has been his last, he wasn't able to create songs anymore.

"Secret dancer," he muttered scribbling it down. "Fog of love, fog of love," he sang hitting some false tones, yes his voice was also giving in lately, it was changing a lot. "Foggy dancer, secret dancer, you're my fog of love, your my fog of lo..."

Yuta stopped abruptly feeling someone's presence in the room, he turned his head to see Donghyuck in his school uniform. The boy was smiling to himself while leaning against the door frame. How long has he been listening to his hopelessness?

"What?" asked Yuta his voice turning to sharp.

Donghyuck shrugged, he turned around leaving the room quickly while Yuta hid his face in his hands.

'You're my fog of love,' - actually this one wasn't that bad.

The music faded when Sicheng stopped in a pose, his breath quickened, his heart racing. He has been training for an hour now battling his own mirror reflection. He was in the local dance studio, where he could use a practice room until the competition, yes everyone in Rose Valley expected him to do great, to become the first one who has ever mede something meaningful in this village at the end of the world, or was it just his wish, his deepest deepest wish.

He had left his practice spot at the lake after he has been seen by the stranger, it was supposed to guarantee him privacy, only Taeil, Ella or Mark could be there, how had this boy happen to find the way to the bay.

Maybe he had had an appointment with Taeil for a lake trip, but Taeil was always meeting up with tourist on the other side of the harbor, at the pier next to Mr. Jeong's restaurant.

Sicheng's mind was on fire, he couldn't concentrate on his practice, the stranger's face returning so vividly. It was a beautiful stranger and Sicheng caught his burning face in the mirror, no one not even Mark had the slightest idea he has always been drawn to boys more than girls. But he knew he could fight it, he lived in a very small village his parents were old fashioned like most of the people here following very strict rules. They had taught them to him until that rules became like a second layer underneath his skin so he knew he will never be able to follow his real inner longing. One day he had to find a nice girl settle with her in a small house on a hill, have at least two kids that had to be raised the same way. A sharp pain caused him to wince loudly when he fell on the floor touching his stomach breathing in sharply to make it stop. Yes he was punished for having bad thoughts, for thinking about the beautiful man with hugs eyes and lips.

He will definitely never see him again, forget him like all the past flames that made his heart beat faster.

None of them has ever found out about it.

"Man, are you ok?" someone hurried inside jumping to his side and Sicheng looked up to see Mark, his eyes filled with worry.

"It's just because I was dancing too much today," whispered Sicheng feeling the pain slowly fading from his stomach.

"Sicheng, if it's serious..." Mark looked at him.

"It's not, it's just the stress before the completion," Sicheng sat on the floor concentrating on his breath.

He felt Mark's hand gently rubbing up and down his back, Mark was a great friend, the best friend in the whole wide world.

"Thank you," Sicheng smiled in a faint way.

His mirror refection showed a very tired boy with sweat wet hair sticking to his forehead.

"Better?" asked Mark taking place next to him.

"Yes much."

"Sicheng you're good enough you don't need to freak yourself out," muttered Mark.

Sicheng nodded he observed them, Mark the nice teenager with funny eyebrows, dark brown short hair and a lovely little mole on his cheek who was sitting next to him - the very skinny boy with a dark skin tone, a stripped whtie-black t-shirt, bushy dark hair, he hasn't had time to take care of for months now.

"I think I'll go to the shelter to visit Nani tomorrow, I'm too tired today, I still have to do my homework," muttered Sicheng his insides twisting painfully again when he thought about supper, the time of the day when his mum was investigating all his school books, there was no way around it he had to have all his work done till nine p.m.

"Listen Sicheng I have to tell you something unbelievable, but it's a secret, a very very big secret," whispered Mark glancing towards the door double checking if it's closed.

"What is it?" Sicheng laughed, he could imagine it's about the band, it was definitely about the band.

"You know that 'Icy Love' had a car crush on the way to the Golden Star Awards?"

"Yes, you were crying on the phone for over two hours," whispered Sicheng.

"Yes but it looks like Donghyuck is fine!" Mark became very hyper.

"That's great," Sicheng laughed, Mark's love for Donghyuck was endless.

"It's even better he's in our school!" Mark began to give out high pitched squeals.

Sicheng glanced at him stunned.

"What do you mean in our school?"

"He's hiding, he's definitely hiding and from all the places in the world he had chosen Rose Valley, isn't it fate? Tell me, it must be fate we're meant to be!" Mark jumped up he was acting like a living squeaky ping pong ball.
