---Monday morning 10:43---
"Nick Burns, Nick Burns would you please report to the office" the principal said over the intercom.

"Oooooo someone's in trouble" Keven said as he Nick got up and grabbed his books and went to the office.

"Hi Nick" Mrs. Dragnet said as Nick sat down in the chair across from her at her desk. Mrs. Dragnet could tell Nick was tense and said "Nick there is no need to worry, you aren't in trouble."

"Then why did you call me down here?" Nick asked curiously.

"The identity of the girl that you Natalie, Keven and Ashley has been found and your mom called and said that she was coming to pick you up and she needed to talk to you about something." Mrs. Dragnet said.

"Ok what does she need to tell me?" Nick asked.

"I'm not quite sure, she did not tell me" Mrs. Dragnet said.

Knock knock knock Nick's mom was at the door and said "come on Nick your father and I need to talk to you about this girl and it's very important."

"Ok mom" Nick said. "But what the hell is going on?" Nicked asked right after.

"Let's go home and talk about it." Nicks mom said as she pulled out her car keys from her purse.

"Ok then" Nick said as he waved goodbye to Mrs. Dragnet and walked out of the office.

----10 minuets later----

While Nick sat at the kitchen table with his parents he asked "what is going on you guys look very worried or something, is everything ok."

"Well not really..." Nicks mom began.

"What happened" Nick was quick to ask but his mother just said "shhhh"

"Nick the girl they found, her name is Nicole Burns, she is your sister" Nicks father said as Nick's face turned tomato red.

"What do you mean?!" Nick shouted as he stood from the table.

"Nick sit down we need to talk about this" Nick's mom said in a calm voice.

As Nick sat down Nick's father said "as you know you are 15 and your mom and I are only 35 and when found out about we were only 20 when you were born." Nick nodded slowly and told him to continue. "Anyway you are not an only child when we were 18 we found out your mom was pregnant with you sister and we decided that we were way to young and we gave her up for adoption."

"Wait is your saying you kept this a secret from me for 15 years and I don't know about my sister until she turns up in a river with a bullet hole in the middle of her forehead,dead?!!!?" Nick shouted at his parents in frustration.

"Yes but you have to understand that we were 18 and we did not even know she was in town so we did not think we had to tell you." Nicks mom said in a low soft voice.

"Well I kind of wish that I would have know I had a sister because I would have liked to meet her" Nick said honestly.

"I know and we are sorry" Nick's dad said. "How would you like to have the rest of the day off. You just found out you had a sister and you just found out these the sister you never new you had was the girls you found at the river?"

"Ok and I'm sorry I freaked out" Nick said with a little chuckle.

Nick spent the rest of the day at home with his parents and in the middle of diner there was a knock on the door. Nick's mom got up to answer the door and it was detective Regan and he did not look happy.

"Detective what can I do for you?" Nick's mom asked.

"Mrs. Burns you can do nothing for me but I need to speak with your husband immediately."

And with that Mr. Burns was taken to the interrogation room at the police station.
