11. Broken, But Not Shattered

I decided I would get myself two more licences, my gun licence, and my pilots licence. I was a part of the Air Force Cadets when I was 15 and I had gained a certificate of accomplised 15 minutes of flying, and that I was able to successfully land a plane, and I had a certificate of 95%-100% accuracy for .22 live firing. The amount of money that I had to hand over was around $500, one week of gun training, and three weeks of pilots training. After every day, I was tired, and school was about to go back in. I had only just received my gun licence in the mail the day school came back, and after school for two more weeks, I still have to do pilots training. While my mind was rushing with thought, I felt someone grab my hand.

I looked back and saw Sedge and before I could react, he kicked my elbow backward. I said to everyone around me "get me an ambulance!" I looked at my arm and saw a bloodstained sharp object, I then realised what it was, my bone. I passed out due to blood loss.

I woke up at heck knows when, all I knew is that it was 10:27, and there were people around me, I tried to comfort them, but I couldn't move, I screamed but nothing happened, and with all my force, I moved my finger, and I woke up to the same scene, but they were all happier. "Did something happen?" the nurse asked "your heartrate was up", then remembered reading somewhere that some people can see with their eyes closed, mostly in dire situations, "I, was, seeing things, when I was unconscious" I sat up to see everyone, but instead of a crowd, I saw three people, Alpyne, Kennedy and the nurse. I asked where Vex was, and they all replied with "I don't know". Kennedy said "we all tried, but she won't pick up". I then wondered what day it is, because my flying lessons are in three hours, "I gotta go" I said and turned, but I felt a sharp pain in my right arm. I looked at it and realised I had a cast on, "I need to call to cancel my flying lessons" I said.

"no need to, Alpyne already did that" Kennedy said "you're really lucky, to have a brother like Alpyne"

"you were in a coma for two days" Alpyne said. I checked my phone and found he was correct. 

"well it's getting kind of late" Kennedy said "and Carl, I have been looking after your brother"

"thank you" I said "wait, its only 10 though" I looked out the window and saw that it was dark.

"well, I'll be seeing you" Alpyne said and both Alpyne and Kennedy disappeared. I took out my phone and voicemailed Vexera with "Vex, I am in the hospital, if you really mean it, then please, come see me" I put my phone away and went to sleep.
