23. The Ms Kathrine Ball

As they were named, they would crown a new Ms Kathrine, if they mange to slow dance well enough, and consistently, That starts at six. Vex set her alarm for 7:30, I had an hour to get a gift, then I remembered our first date, She was looking at jewllery! Eureka! I hit the goldmine, but intstead of gold, its platinum. I went down to the closest store and got a pure diamond ring, $500, I went to the verifyers next door to see whether it was real, they said "yes, that ring is worth over $50,000, why" Then I said "I got it for $500".

When I got home, my excitement was killing me. She woke up, I knew I would have to wait for her to have her coffee. I decide to do karoke with her first, then we shop, then we go to the ball. We walk into karoke and go with the classic starter, Land Down Under

Then we went to the second song, Time of your life

And everyone applauded at the end, as they do. The man asked if we would like to do another, we both said "no thank you, we are all good". 

We went to a War memorabilia and Collectables shop. We saw Vast amounts of planes, deactivated guns, live ammunition, grenades, helmets, uniform and models. the thing that caught my eye was the EA-18 Growler electronic warfare aircraft, for $10, Vex noticed that I was looking at it and bought it. I looked at it and said "thanks, I am thinking of this being the plane I fly.", she askes me a question "why not a FA-18, they seem cooler". I then answered with "This plane, when timed properly, will release an EMP, temporarily disabling power". 

With that we headed to the ball, which was in rural Kathrine. I loved the outback, and I love it then my suit gets all dirty, I don't however, like washing it out. I hired a motorcycle and two helmets. I rode to the small hall that they do these things in. The old tiger was already singing joyfully when we walked in. He started five minutes early, we danced through the night, up until 11:52, when supper was called, the sanwiches came first, then dessert, then the slow dancing happened, I copied the steps of other people and after nailing the routine, I looked at Vexera, she was looking down, copying my steps. Then the barnhouse dancing started, A quicker song danced at a quicker pace, I copied from people first, In, Out, Around and Through, One Step Back and Forward Two, the tiger was singing it, how hard could it be? I got up for the next dance, then he sung Go Johnny Go, at the pace. I said it in my head and shortened it to I, O, AT, 1SB, F2. after the song, we went to our seats, we both reached behind us and grabbed a box. "Vexera, I have known you for a while now, and I would like to express that by saying, Vexera, Will you marry me?". She looked shocked and opened her box "I was about to ask you" she said

"so is that a yes?" I asked

"That's a definitely" she said, Kissing me
