SHINE's POV

All this time that Jake isn't by my side, I feel incomplete. But what can I do? I can't help but to feel the sad atmosphere covering every piece of mine. Parang pasan ko ang mundo.

And now, I'm here having this damn Blind date? Gusto kong magmura dahil pumayag pa kasi ako. How I wish makakausap koto ng matino.

Kaharap ko ngayon ang isang lalaki na susulyap-sulyap sa akin tapos biglang ngingisi. I have to calm myself because the way he shows that creepy smile makes him obnoxious.

"What now?" bored kong tanong sa kanya dahil kanina pa kami dito but there are no conversation that started. It's been thirty or thirty-five minutes since kaharap koto pero silent type daw ba ang tipo niya.

"Nothing. Let's just stay like this perhaps? Tutal nagwagwapuhan ka naman sa akin eh." he said at napaawang naman ng konti ang aking bibig. Is this blind date? Parang hindi naman.

"So Mannequin Challenge nalang tayo with the help of walang tatawa challenge? Then talo ka. Kanina kapa kasi tumatawa." I said frankly na nakapagpawala sa kanyang ngiti.

"Haha. You're funny! What's your name again?" he uttered nonchalantly.

"Shine." I replied.

"To be Honest, you're not my type." There! Nahulog na talaga ang aking panga sa kanyang sinabi! Mukhang takas mental naman pala tong nireto ng pinsan ko.

"Hindi ba uso sa iyo ang salitang El Nino?" out of the blue kong tanong sa kanya. His eyebrows curved telling me that he's confused.

"Come again?" he asked.

"To make things clear, mukhang nakalunok ka ng bagyong may wind speed of 360 km/microseconds. Ang hangin mo kasi eh." Sarcastikong saad ko and mukhang nakabawi naman ako dahil siya naman ngayon ang na Jaw drop zone.

"Are you insulting me?!" medyo galit na siya sa lagay nayan. Well gusto ko ng masinsinan na usapan but I am Shine Domiguez, a woman few of words but straight forward to give my own point of view.

I walk out confidently leaving that Jerk consciously dumbfounded. Bahala siyang magbayad basta aalis ako and that's final.

Shet to the highest level! Nahihiya ako sa kaharap ko ngayon dahil sa suot ko. Pesteng sim card iyon! Expired na pala ng isang linggo! kaya pala wala akong natanggap na text mula kay Honey na magsusuot kami ng Dress. Pero aligaga naman kasi yung tatlo at sinabing carry daw itong suot ko.
