"OK. Stop playing this game. You never tricked me at all. Do not forget. In 'playing human', you made a vow to me. Any spirit energy you have absorbed from me will be accrued to you as a debt on your existence."
I stand and look up. Sad and confused. Is this another test?
In a way, her head pulls back slightly and I hear thoughts speak in my head (usually clear & bold in my head, but this time a mere whisper) 'Don't look at me that way.'
She turns way, and I look down at the floor.
Suddenly the square panels that light the room blink on and off. She is away from the center, but I am in the focus of each light panel.
Confusing in sequence. Especially when my shadow sometimes casts an unusual shape. Some of the lights burn, tingle, then fade.
The goddess dragon nears very near and lights return to whiteness.
For a short space of time, my awareness is cut apart into segments.
One segment is physical in this lair with her.
One segment is mental, like when she was in my head.
There are at least five other segments, one seems to be a light wispy fire near to her raging bonfire.
Her gaze is centered in each segment, like I am run through on a narrow pole for inspection.
In a flash it is over.
She spins around quickly, annoyed. She speaks verbally "Nonsense! Impossible! I will get someone to help me figure this out. You stay here."
She leaps and is gone.
The lighting fades away slowly and I begin to get cold.
