"Spend some time this morning trying out your body in physical activity." She tells me by thought.
I am not sore at all. Even after yesterday's more than six hours of martial art movie pantomime.
I try out gymnastic moves that are slow and require balance.
Planting a palm on the hard rock, I lift my body into a handstand. I have much more balance than ever.
Easing split legs around the arm that holds me up, and spinning upward onto the other arm.
I even get to doing it balanced on just three fingers.
Hand stand push ups.
Flips that rotate forward, backwards and sideways.
It is like my body is self aware (anticipating the move I want).
Next, I try jumping. There too my senses are alive.
I get to a height maybe twice as tall as the Goddess Dragon.
She has to be nearly forty feet tall when her head is raised.
I stop.
This solid rock dome is a poor place to practice jumps and landings.
I do not want to test myself and get torn or bruised foot or leg.
She speaks in my head again "Take the time you need. You were at about 80% of your ability in that little stretch and bounce."
