Star Wars: The Forbidden Activities

Five: Florrum

When the ship landed on Florrum, Plo Koon ordered Ahsoka to stay with the ship. Then he and a few clones marched towards Hondo's pirate lair.

Ahsoka waited for exactly two hours before she got bored. Plo still hadn't come back, and she was beginning to wonder if he had gotten captured or not. Deciding to find out for herself, she hooked her lightsaber to her belt and exited the ship.

She snuck along the edge of the lair walls, listening for sounds and keeping away from them. Eventually she reached Hondo's lounging room, in which he and several other Weequay pirates sat lazily in their chairs watching the slave Twi'leks dance.

Ahsoka used the Force to leap to the middle of the room, where she activated her lightsaber and pointed it at Hondo.

The music stopped. The dancers froze. All eyes were on her.

 "Hondo Ohnaka!" she yelled. The pirate sat up, eyes wide. "Where is Jedi Master Plo Koon?"

 "I—uh, I wouldn't be knowing about any Jedis. . ." Hondo said uncertainly, his gaze distracted. 

 "Plo Koon is here!" Ahsoka said.

 Hondo stood up. "O-kay, o-kay, let's just calm down. Put the lightsaber down, calm down. . ."

 Ahsoka deactivated the lightsaber and slowly lowered it. Hondo walked closer to her. His gaze flickered around nervously, and Ahsoka sensed a sudden pull in the Force.

She barely had time to whip around, but she caught a glimpse of her attacker moments before it happened. Cad Bane leapt out from behind a pillar and shot her right in the stomach.
