What did you do??

Ally's pov

I spent that whole afternoon getting to know Jadyn. She's awesome!! She quirky and funny and extremely wild. We went to the mall and there was a band playing the Macarena. She got up on the table and started dancing and screaming at the top of her lungs. Security had to ask her to get down or leave. I don't think I laughed harder in my life. She is my new best friend. I felt kinda bad for Zach but he seemed very happy that Jadyn and I were hitting it off. We are leaving for tour tomorrow but Jadyn's coming with us. She's going to be the opening act. We sang together for their families. And we called the boys Jack and Daniel think that we should do a duet. But Zach still hasn't told me about what happened between him and Jadyn. They haven't really talked. I mean its only been one day but if I got to go home and see my best friend that I haven't talked to in 10 months I would be talking up a storm.

Zach's pov

I was really glad that Ally and Jadyn have become so close, yesterday they did a fashion show with Reese and they made Ryan be a fake poperatzi. I really like that my best friend and my girl friend get along. All of a sudden Ally walks in (the room that we're staying in) and she sits on the end of the bed and looks at me like I'm supposed to tell her something.

Zach: yes??

Ally: What happened between you and Jadyn?

Zach: what do you mean?

Ally: everybody tells me all about how you guys are absolute best friends and then we get to see her and you never speak. Also she may have mentioned that you did something that you would have to earn her forgiveness for so...

Zach: yeah so I did do something..

Ally: ZACH She said giggling, thats another thing I love about her, she always has a smile.

Zach: Well it all starts in Freshman year. Ben, Jadyn and I were getting a ride to school from Sam. Ryan had the biggest crush on Jadyn, so he'd wake up early to "say goodbye" to me. When really he just wanted to say good morning to Jadyn. 

Ally: what does this have to do with the story?

Zach: it doesn't, but I'm trying to stall because then I might not have to tell you.

Ally: Zach no matter what happened it won't change the way I feel about you. you know that right?

Zach: I don't know,  but you and Jadyn have become pretty close lately.

Ally: Zach, Jadyn is my friend but you come first. I love you and nothing could change that.

Zach: ok... It did start in freshman year, because that was my only year of high school, but our car rides had nothing to do. with it. Ben had started to catch feels for my at that time girlfriend. But he only liked her because I liked her. Which was what he did with you. But it was different then because I didn't love her. Anyways Jadyn kept warning me about what Ben was doing but I didn't listen. She told me that she always had my back but I told her that I had Ben's back too. and that I dint believe that he would do something like that. But I was wrong. He stole my girlfriend, turned the whole student body against me, except for Jadyn. She was there for me. Until one day I started screaming at her saying it was all her fault. Now thinking about it I was completely stupid and a huge dick. But thats not all. She started dating the bad boy at school "Ace Parker". He was a bad boy. he wasn't a bully and he wasn't a jerk but he was just bad news. I tried to "protect her" like she did for me. or at least thats what I thought I was doing. He always wore a black beanie that covered his hair so you could never see it. I figured maybe he has pink hair and is just embarrassed but the weird part was that the teacher let him wear a hat in class. I got suspicious. So one day I started a fight with him in the cafeteria. and right there in front of the whole school, including Jadyn, I pulled off his beanie. Well it turned out that he didn't have pink hair he had cancer and was bald. By the end of that fight Ace had a bloody nose, Jadyn had a sick boyfriend, and I had one less friend. 

After that I realized that Ace treated Jadyn like a queen I never talked to them again. Sometimes Ace would call me over to make peace but I just couldn't do it. I was affriad. I was known as the kid who beat up the sick. Two days before I left for LA I found Jadyn on my front door step crying. I figured that Ace had broken her heart and I didn't want to hear it. I told her to go find someone else that cared about her problems. I then shut the door in her face. The next day my mom told me that they found Ace dead in his closet with a box with a ring in his pocket. It had a note on it saying. " Jadyn... even though I'm sick and there is no cure whenever I'm around you you seem to heal me. I want to spend whatever time I have left with you. Will you marry me. and then I realized that my best friend had just lost the love of her life and I was leaving. I couldn't do anything but apologize and call a hundred times she never picked up once. I caused her so much pain. 

Ally: Zach thats terrible. But I don't think any less of you.

Zach: you haven't even heard the worst of it yet.

Ally: theres something worse? what did you do?
