"baby, come back to bed and cuddle with me" jack moaned, i was at my vanity brushing out my hair, i turned to face him , "jack it is time to wake up, lets go hang with sammy, jack and kels" i say as i moved towards my wardrobe to pick my outfit. i could hear a faint groan from my bed, next thing i knew his arms were around my waist hugging me from behind, "fine, but promise we can come back to here and cuddle and watch movies tonight" he whispers into my ears, i nodded not realising i had a party later on tonight.
i left my room to enter the living room to jump on the couch right next to kels, jack and sammy were also on the couch opposite. "hey guys! wanna go out and hang?" i excitedly ask, and all of them nodded, "yes food to help with this hangover" kels moaned as she grabbed hold of my shoulder. i glared at sammy and johnson, "how drunk did you all get last night?" i ask and they both shrugged their shoulders. jack soon joined us, he has now put on his shirt and pants as he bro hugged his mates. "i'll drive" jack announced, as we leave the apartment. i rushed to the front seat, johnson gave me a playful glare, "of course bella gets shotgun" he whines, jack turns around, "well duh she's my baby" he teases. again we are not dating, it is just what he calls me.
sammy rolled his eyes, "just date already" and everyone laughed, no but seriously we were just best friends. "sammy chill bro, we are just best friends, don't need to get butt hurt" i tease, jack had this look, i couldn't put my finger on, his smile faded and his eyebrows furrowed. he started the car and immediately the kendrick lamar album blasted through the speakers. the drive wasn't long to chipotle, but it felt like years, i don't know it wasn't awkward but it wasn't not awkward. i think it might of been what i said about being best friends, but then again does jack even like me like that?
we got out of g's car, the others walked ahead of us but i stayed back to wait for jack, i offered my hand out for him to hold, like he usually does, he looks down and intertwines his fingers with mine, and he offers me a small smile. "i'm sorry if i had something wrong, you know i love you" i apologise, he was taken back, "no you didn't, i was just really tired" he explains and i nodded, "early night tonight for you then!" i tease and he laughs. "not when i am with you", and something just clicked, "oh about that, i forgot one of kelsey and i's college friend invited us to party tonight" i explain and his eyebrows furrow again, "oh it's fine, i'll just hang with johnson and sammy we haven't hung out in a while" he says as he kisses my forehead, "jack their might be fans, we don't want them to think we are dating" i say as i let go of his hands and enter chipotle. the others had grabbed us a booth, they shoot us a knowingly look, "took your sweet time" johnson called out and i rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out at him.
it's funny, three months ago i wouldn't have met these guys and now they are my best friends. we all just clicked and went well, i am so extremely happy for their friendship.
