Now, I don't have too many tips, but if you have any, please share them in the comments or message them to me, and I'll add them in!
Tip #1: If you do decide to have your own Clans, don't just make copies of the original four. Add your own flare, make them different, but still realistic. (i.e. cats living in the desert, underwater, etc.)
Tip #2: Don't change the original Clans. If you want to change one characteristic about them that is very different than their norm, make your own Clans, instead.
Tip #3: If you use the original Clans, read all the Warriors' books of the main series. You don't have to read special editions or novellas—Though I would suggest so—you should know what's going on in the Clans currently. Unless, of course, you just don't want to, that's okay to, you could also start a diverting plotline from wherever you stopped reading at.
Tip #4: If you're making new Clans, there doesn't have to be four!
