Here's an image that appeared in my head the other day: a girl stretching her arms up to the sun and calling "Aloha!" to the world around her. I originally imagined her in a pink shirt and popping out of the sunroof of a car, but I decided to makes some changes. I'm happy with how it turned out!
And look, I even did some shading too! Is your mind blown? I know mine is!
I will admit that this drawing was heavily Pokémon inspired, but I wanted it to stand alone. The design is very similar to some of the outfits and patterns in the Generation 7 games, but I was able to make it my own. I do have to confess that I accidentally typed "Alola" instead of "Aloha" while writing this post, however, hahaha! I guess it just goes to show that you can take the fanart out of a drawing, but you can't take the fangirl out of the artist.
