I drew this one distinctly while thinking about a vocaloid song, called "Rolling Girl", which I enjoyed listening to. Here's a link if you'd like to hear it for yourself:

I drew this one mainly because of the outfit, which was inspired by the secret boss Jevil from the game Deltarune. It's definitely got a mischievous feel.
