Alex's P.O.V
I spend weeks asking advice from my friends, looking for the perfect ring. Everything has to be perfect for him. I asked him if he wanted to spend the day with me today and he said yes. I heard a knock on my door that must be him. I opened the door to be greeted by the most beautiful person in the world. The love of my life.  John Laurens.

"Hi baby girl" he said kissing my cheek. "How are you"

"I'm great and you"

"Amazing now that I'm with you"

"Aw babe your to cute"

"Am I?" He gave me a small peck on the lips leaving me wanting more.

"So Lexi where are we going?"

"It's a surprise Turtle boi"

"Turtle boi?"

"You know you love it"

"I kinda do"

We laughed with each other, god he's so cute when he laughs or as Lafayette would say lafs get it? I'm to hilarious for you to understand anyway. We got in the car and I started driving him to the special spot. We stopped outside a forest.

"Lexi If I didn't know any better I'd say your taking us to we're we first met".

"Maybe I am" I answered stepping out of the car I opened the boot (or trunk) of the car and pulled out a picnic blanket and basket. I closed the boot (or trunk) and locked the car.

"Oh Lexi your very romantic"

"That's just me" I said taking his hand and walking through the forest with him.

"Remember that time I got in a fist fight with Charles lee" he said to me.

"Professor Washington send me home for that". I replied

"Oh ya haha... sorry baby girl."

"Don't worry baby I couldn't stay mad at you" I said kissing his forehead. He giggled looking at me beaming ear to ear.

"Your adorable you know that" he said. 

My face flushed red "not as adorable as you" I watched as his face did the same thing. We finally reached where I wanted to bring him this particular spot. I decorated it pretty nice I hope he likes it.

John's P.O.V
I watched as Alex showed me this beautiful scene he created he. There was fairy lights hung from tree to tree, flowers all around and best of all THE TURTLE POND. I felt myself squeal this  place was sooooo cute. I heard Lexi giggle I turned my head towards him and basically tackled him in a hug. I peppered his face with kisses. I love him so much I was thinking about asking the big question soon but I don't know if he's ready. When I finally got of him he lay down the picnic blanket and sat down I cuddled in next to him. I started to think about our relationship. This is the place where it all began.

*Flash back*
I'm going to my favourite place right know THE TURTLE POND turtles are so cute I absolutely adore them. I've been walking for a while now I should see it soon ah  there it is. I sit down beside the turtle pond watching as the swim around. There so cute I could stare at them for days.

"Hi"

I beautiful voice brought me out of my trance. I turn around to see a really cute guy looking at me. I feel the blood rise to my cheeks.

"Um hi" I respond

"Sorry I just um... I'm new around here and... I don't know it's stupid."

"You were hoping to make a friend" he looked stunned at me words "don't worry I've been there, I'm John Laurens and you are."

"Alexander Hamilton, my name is Alexander Hamilton."

*Flashback Finished*
He change my life for forever (All we see is sky for forever where my dear Evan Hansen homies)

"Hey John"
I looked over at Alex he seemed kinda nervous I wonder why.

"Ya Lexi"

"John I've know you for many years and from the moment I met you in this very spot I knew we had something special, something I've never had with anyone else but you. The truth is I've wanted to ask you this for a while now.

I watched as you pulled a small bow out of his jacket. I felt tears prick my eyes is you doing what I think he's doing. He opened the box to reveal a beautiful ring and slowly got on one knee. I gasped and let the tears run
down my face.

"John Laurens will you marry me?"

"OF COURSE"

I jumped on him and kissed him passionately. I can't believe it I'm going to marry Alexander Hamilton how lucky am I.

"I can't wait to tell the others" I said.

"The most excited will be Peggy she's shipped us since day one."

We both laughed I finally got off Alexander and let him slide the ring on my finger.

"It's beautiful" I whispered

"I'm glad you think so it took ages to find the perfect one"

I laughed. After awhile we packed up our things and headed back to the car. I couldn't help but stare at my ring. I'm gonna Marry this beautiful man. He's gonna be mine and mine only for as long as we both shall live. We reached the car and got inside. Once we got home we opened our apartment door to find all of our friends sitting down eagerly waiting our return. They through questions at us as soon as we walked through the door. I regret giving them all a key to our apartment. As we predicted Peggy was definitely the most excited she was dancing around the place and finally kissed Maria on the lips and screamed I love you in her face. Leaving Maria in a blushing mess. They are gonna make such a cute couple because I bet everything Maria kissed back. They started asking us about the wedding.

"So who's walking down the isle guys." Said Lafayette

"Well... um" I said "I think I'll be the one doing that"

"Just like me mom ami" screamed Lafayette.
Him and Herc are married by the way.

Once everyone had asked the questions they told us they should give me and Alex some alone time. When they left me and Alex snuggled on the couch and watched Netflix. I slowly started to drift off with only one thing on my mind Alex.
