Chapter 9: Congratulations

Jihoon's POV

  Jihoon woke up when the alarm rang and went straight to the bathroom to rinse his face to wake up.

  When he opened the door, he saw Soonyoung was brushing his teeth. Yesterday's events came to his mind. His parents decided that the father of his baby should stay in the guest room.

  After getting ready, they went downstairs to see Mrs. Lee cooking breakfast. They sat down and started a conversation.

  "I'm making waffles, eggs, and bacon. Jihoon I want you to eat a plate or at least eat as much as you can before you two leave."

  "Ok, mom. Whatever you say." Jihoon said rolling his eyes.

  "You should eat, though. I want you and our baby to be strong." Soonyoung smiled.

  For some reason, this made Jihoon's heart speed up. He liked the way Soonyoung cared, not just for their baby, but also him.

  He quickly looked away from the other and looked at his mom, who was serving the food on to two plates. Both boys thanked her, ate, and left to school.

  While driving to school, they had a more serious discussion.

  "We should tell them about you, the baby, and me." Soonyoung started

  "Who?"

  "Our friends need to know. It'll hurt them if they figure it out and think we didn't trust them with the secret."

  "I know your right, but I don't know how they will react."

  "If they're true friends, they'd support us. We could tell them after school at the cafe near by the school. We'll tell all of our friends there."

  "Ok." Jihoon agreed.

  The rest of the day they were a little nervous but they somehow felt calm about it as well. Their friends knew something was up but didn't say anything.

  Once school ended, they asked the others to meet them up at the cafe near by. They were confused but decided to go anyway.

Time skip

  They were all at the cafe in a corner. Two workers helped them out some tables together for them, sat them down, and got their orders.

  "Guys, they are Soonyoung's friends." Jihoon said.

  Soonyoung repeated Jihoon's words, but directed them towards his friends.

  Once they were done introducing each other, Seokmin asked, "Why did you two ask all of us to be here?"

  "Because we need to talk to you seriously." Soonyoung said.

  "Did you tell us to come here to say that you two are dating?" Seungkwan asked teasingly.

  Both boys cheeks heated up and yelled, " No!" They got a few stares from other customers and workers. They lowered heads in embarrassment.

  "I said this is serious. Dating him isn't important to you all." Jihoon said frantically.

  "So does that mean you are?" Chan asked.

  "No, can we just get back to the actual topic?"

  They all quieted down and let the two speak.

  "Do you guys remember the party about a month ago?" Soonyoung asked.

  They nodded their heads.

  "That day, Soonyoung and I were really drunk. We ended up doing it." Jihoon continued. "A few days ago, I found out I was pregnant. At first, I was going to get an abortion."

  "I convinced him not to get one, showed him that a baby can be a blessing, and that a person shouldn't blame an infant for one's mistake." Soonyoung added.

  They looked at the two in shock for a while, but then it started to wear off.

  "Congratulations!" Seokmin and seungkwan yelled.

  "Yeah, congratulations." Wonwoo said without yelling.

  "It's a bit weird, but what kind of friends would we be if we don't accept and support you." Jeonghan reasoned.

  "Have you told your parents yet?" Mingyu question.

  "Yes, my parents were fine with it, but Soonyoung's parents..." Jihoon wasn't sure whether to tell them what happened to Soonyoung.

  Instead, the older boy picked up where Jihoon left off. "My parents weren't too accepting of us, but his parents allowed me to stay in their guest room. I told them how I'll take care of the baby and Jihoon."

  Seungcheol nodded. "I'll have to make sure your not going to hurt Jihoon nor the baby."

  "Yeah, I need to make sure you will be a good boyfriend." Jeonghan said.

  "Who said we were dating!" Jihoon exclaimed.

  "I think they will." Jun said looking at Soonyoung with a smirk on his face.

  "You think." Soonyoung said.

  "You never know both of you are going to spend a great deal of time together. You two or at least one of you could fall in love." Jisoo stated.

  Maybe we could, but would it harm our relationship? Jihoon thought.

It wouldn't be to bad, would it?

  A/N: I know, I know; it was a sucky ending. I wanted for Jihoon to just think about it. I'm not sure how to introduce the other antagonist or how bad she should be. I was going to put that she liked Soonyoung, but a lot of people always make other people like the dominate one in the relationship.
