Chapter 10: Jealousy

Soonyoung's POV

  In first period, there was a sub that had fallen asleep. The class really wasn't doing their work since the teacher never really checks the work when she comes back.

  Everyone was talking to at least someone. The person that was talking to Jihoon made Soonyoung feel a certain way.

  Jealousy. That's all he could feel at the moment. He was glaring at a girl, who attempted to look cute and flirt, that was talking to Jihoon.

  It was early in the morning, and he already wanted to go home. What a day this is going to be.

  "Would you stop glaring at the poor girl?" Seokmin asked.

  "Look at her; it's as if she likes Jihoon. If she does, she's going down. I don't trust her in anyway." Soonyoung ignored Seokmin's question and voiced out a few of his thoughts.

  The girl had long, black hair that reached her waste. She had a petite body size (just a little shorter than Jihoon). Her face's features showed that of a foreigner's.

  The girl looked over to Soonyoung and smirked. He knew that the girl was trying take Jihoon away from him. Since he couldn't allow that, he left Seokmin and walked towards them.

  "Hey guys, what are you two talking about?" He asked.

  "Nothing special." Jihoon said. Then, he continued to introduce them to each other. "Jiyeong this is Kwon Soonyoung. Soonyoung this is Moon Jiyeong."

  Soonyoung forced a fake smile. "Hi, Jiyeong. How come your talking to Jihoon? I've never seen you take interest in him before."

  "Well, he seemed a bit lonely. Did you know he barely talks to anyone here? How come you decided to talk Jihoon after being in his class for the past two years." She said sweetly, smirking at him.

  They looked at each other with a hard stare. Jihoon just looked back and forth between the two, wondering what was going on. "Guys?" Jihoon quietly said.

  "So what are you guys talking about?" Seokmin came up, trying to take away the tension between them.

  Soonyoung tore his gaze from the annoying girl. "Hey Seokmin."

  "So what were you guys talking about." Seokmin asked again.

  "I don't even know." Jihoon said.

  "I was telling Jihoon how cute he was." She said, smiling gently but evilly at the same time.

  This made Soonyoung mad. He was really jealous, and he knew that. Keeping his expression calm as he could, he continued the conversation. "Yeah, he is cute."

Jihoon's POV

  Jihoon was just sitting there looking down at the desk. It felt weird hearing it from Soonyoung. It's just because of what the others said yesterday that's why I'm feeling like this. Yeah.

  "Guys, can we not talk about Jihoon? No offense by the way." Seokmin said.

  "None taken." Jihoon silently thanked Seokmin for being their.

  "Right." Jiyeong chirped. "So Jihoon, where do you sit for lunch? Would you mind me joining your friends?"

  "I don't mi-," he was cut of by Soonyoung who growled a little.

  "He's sitting with me and my friends. I don't think there is an extra seat for you." He said in a stern tone while glaring at her.

  She soon glared back. "Well, can you make space for me?"

  "No."

  "It's hopeless." Seokmin muttered.

  "Yeah, I just hope the bell will ring any minute." As if he wished on a shooting star, his wish was granted. He was pulled by Soonyoung and left the other two behind. The older pulled him in a closet that appeared to a janitor's.

  "Why did you do that for?" Jihoon said whisper yelled.

  "Because I don't like her."

  "Just because you don't like doesn't mean I can't hang out with her. Why did you even shove us in a janitor's closet?"

  "I don't know. It was the only place I could think without people bothering or looking at us."

  "You can't tell me who to be with and who not to be with. You may be the father of our child, but it doesn't give you the right to control me." Jihoon said.

  He looked at Soonyoung, who had his head down in shame. He turned around and tried opening the door. Key word: tried.

  "Soonyoung? I think we're locked in here." Jihoon nervously said as he started to kick the door in hopes of it opening.

  "What?" Soonyoung looked at the younger in disbelief.

  "Does it look like I would joke about being locked in a closet?!" Just then the bell rang while Jihoon was finishing his sentence.

  "Stop kicking. You don't need to freak out. I'm pretty sure someone will wonder where we are at. A janitor might come and open the door, right?"

  "Janitors don't come until lunch you idiot! This is your fault. The only thing- wait, we have phones."

  They stared at each other for a while. "We're such idiots." They both said in unison. Both of them started to laugh at their stupidity. They couldn't stop laughing for a while, but then calmed down.

  "I'll text one of the guys to get us out of here." Soonyoung stated.

  "Okay. Um, Soonyoung... sorry for freaking out."

  "It's fine. Now when I look back at it, you're really cute when you freak out."

  Jihoon's cheeks turned red from embarrassment. "Shut up!"

  "See, you're even cute when you blush and when you're embarrassed."

  Smack!

  "Ya! What was that for?!" Soonyoung complained.

  "For calling me cute! You get annoying sometimes. I don't even know how the others can think I can fall for you."

  "Well, I'm sure I can fall for you."

  Jihoon rolled his eyes. "Whatever."

"Or maybe I've already fallen for you."

  A/N: I'll leave it off there! I feel like I'm going to rush how Jihoon feels about Soonyoung. I don't know when he'll start knowing his feeling for Soonyoung though.
  Other than that, I finished the chapter earlier than usual!!! Usually I finish at night, but I was lucky enough to finish during the day. Now I can binge watch 'Kpop extreme survival' now without worrying about finishing this.
