*Katniss's POV*

So, I'm about 4 months pregnant, and I have a small bump. Nothing that would get in the way of clothing or anything like that.

Johanna thinks otherwise.

"Fire Girl, look at that bump you got there! You know what happens to little bumps, they grow into big bumps, then before you know it you gonna have a giant belly and no clothes to put on said belly."

She's right. I got rid of all my maternity clothes after Lizzie was born, thinking I wouldn't be pregnant again.

"So here's what we're gonna do." Johanna announces, "You and I are gonna go shopping. Just us. No husbands."

"Okay?" I say nervously.

So we head into town, which has changed a lot since the rebellion 7 years ago. There are shops everywhere. Grocery stores in the old Hob, clothing stores, anything you can think of.

They aren't fancy or anything, just little stores run from the Hob.

We walk around, and Johanna asks me what I want.

"Um, I don't know, I haven't exactly done this before. I just get stuff, the only thing I buy is food."

"You're telling me you never did this with your mom? I mean, my mom dragged me out to pick out a dress for reaping day, but you never shopped with your mom?"

"Johanna, I was dirt poor, I didn't shop for anything. I illegally hunted and traded in the Hob. I WAS the mother in my family. Shopping wasn't on my agenda."

"Well, today's your lucky day! I'm gonna teach you how to shop."

So that's what she did. She picked out clothes, and shoved me into the special room for changing. She handed me endless shirts, jeans, dresses, and shorts to try on. None of which fit because I wasn't quite pregnant enough to fit into yet.

At the end of the day I bought one dress (in case a party or something came up) two pairs of jeans, five shirts, and a couple bras.

When I got home, Peeta looked at me carrying old paper bags of clothes. He rushed to help me carry the whopping two bags in, after I assured him I could do it.

Lizzie came in and saw me holding new clothes, and asked me to "Please, please, please, please, PLEASE try them on" for her. So I did, and then I remembered what Johanna said about shopping with your mom, and I made a mental note to set something up with Johanna for us to take our daughters shopping.

Then I complained about my feet hurting, so of course Peeta rubbed them, and asked me to talk about my adventure.

"Who knew Johanna was a shopper?" I asked to sum it all up.

After rubbing my feet, we cuddled on the couch, and he held my baby bump and Lizzie sat on my leg and we talked about school and food and games and other stuff you talk about with your five year old daughter.

After a while, Peeta leaned down, kissed my belly, and then off he went to go make dinner. Lizzie and I talked for a bit longer and I reminded myself how happy I am to have agreed to children. I love Lizzie, and I'm excited to give her a baby brother/sister to play with.
