"I tell you what Chay , my nephew and I were planning on seeing Infinity War tonight. Why don't you come with us? It'll be my treat", Dr. Joseph said just trying to help.
She was still taken back on what just happened. Chay knew Kade had his own life and that he was anchored to her ,but she never thought he would just pass her off to someone else.
"I can't let you do that-" , Chay began to say not wanting to be a burden on anyone else.
"No, you're going. I'll text my nephew , and let him know"
"Really I don't want to ruin your night", she said pleading.
"Look you're not going to ruin it, you'll make it better and even more fun. You deserve a night out. C'mon", he said holding his hand out.
"Let's go", Chay said finally giving in and grabbing his hand.

On their way to pick Dr. Joseph's nephew , Chay texted Caleb and told him she didn't need a ride and that she was going out tonight.
When they pulled up to his nephew's house Dr. Joseph honked the horn to let him know they were there.
The door slung open , and tall figure came out of the house. The sun was starting to set , so Chay couldn't tell what he looked like.
"Dr. Joseph, I can get in the back if you want you me too", Chay offered looking over at him.
"Oh no you're fine Chay , and how many times do I have to say? You can call me Joseph or Joe if you like"
Chay chuckled , "Okay, dually noted"
When the tall boy I got in the car he said , "Hey Uncle Joey! How's it going?"
"It's going good bud, I want to meet Chay. She'll be joining us tonight", Joseph said as she turned around to shake his hand.
But there was no need for introduction, because the boy sitting behind her was Michael.
"Michael? Oh my God , it's so good to see you!", Chay giving him a hug.
"You too! I didn't know you were a patient of my uncle's?"
"Yeah", Chay said partly embarrassed.
"Hey it's okay, you've been through alot. You need someone to talk to. I'm actually thinking about joining the profession myself, but I'm haven't made up my mind yet"
"Really?-" , Chay began to say before Joseph kindly interrupted.
"Hold up, how do you guys know each other?" , he asked geunieley curious.
"Since middle school", they both said in sync. They both laughed , and continued talking. Chay was pleasantly surprised that her childhhood friend was her therapist's nephew.
Before they knew it they were at the theatre. Joseph paid for all of the tickets , and also bought a huge bucket of popcorn.
They movie was of course amazing. Chay was so entranced into the movie she barely noticed Michael , who was staring at her.
"Why are you staring at me?" , Chay whispered ,actually enjoying herself.
"Because you're beautiful", Michael said. He didn't regret saying what he was thinking. Chay felt this nervous heat rise in her cheeks , her stomach had major butterflies , and her throat was closing up. It had been forever since Chay had felt this way.
Michael slowly leaned in and kissed Chay on her cheek. Her heart was racing so much she had to tell herself to calm down. He held onto her hand , and continued to watch the action packed movie.
