Chapter 7 - Am I really in love?

7:30 A.M

I wake up with pain in my side again, I ignore it and get ready for the day.

No outfits for a little while, the app I've been using recently shut down so I'm trying to find something similar.

I wore a blue top with white shorts and my white shoes. I walk out and realized me and Alec were the only ones up. "Morning Funneh," I took a deep breath and sat down on the log

"Morning..."
"Sleep well?"
"Yes..."
"You look like your in pain"

He could tell?

"What? Pffft no, I'm totally fine."
He stopped cooking breakfast in the mini cooker and walked over to me
"Funneh you're not okay, you need to tell me."

I honestly don't know why I'm having side pains.could it possible be cramps?

"It's nothing really! I'm fine seriously,"
"Mmm okay..." he sounded like he wasn't convinced at all.
"What's for breakfast?"
"Eggs, I found wild chickens in the forest and took their eggs,"
"Wait- are you sure they aren't poisoned or dangerous?"
"No, my dad was always a fan of chickens so he made me learn about them. They were normal chickens." A fan of chickens? I've never heard of something like that before,
"Oh, okay."

Alec studied chickens because of his dad? That's something new.

Gold POV*
I wasn't actually sleeping I was awake before Funneh and Alec but I stayed in bed. I watched Funneh walk out and talk to Alec, I was listening and watching them I just happen to be awake and listen to them while being bored.

Anyways,

I knew Funneh was starting to develop feelings for Alec, she doesn't know about it yet but I do. It's kinda weird, like those movies where someone close to another and know all the love stuff, and I myself are one of those people. But I could also tell Evan was also falling for Funneh but Alec is clueless and have no idea what's going on cause he only thinks about plans.

But I think he isn't uptight anymore he's freer now I think.

Funneh's POV*
Alec and I were talking about everything. He was a soft cookie all along. He tells me how his little sister waits for him to come home and how he takes care of his little brother. He loves adventures and nature, he doesn't fear a lot, good at cooking which I already knew. Alec also loves building and a lot more. I learned a lot just from this one hour of talking.

I can't help but blush when I'm around him... Am I really falling in love? This is madness! We basically hate each other though!

"Good morning!" We hear Rainbow chirp out loud with everyone else behind her. "Morning," Alec says back "What are we doing today?" Evan always wants to know what we're doing today, "Traveling to Nature kingdom," I kept silent "That tacky place? The name already sounds tacky!" Evan was not having it "Your name is tacky," Alec shot back, Alec was only teasing him but I guess Evan has anger management issues, causing him to growl when of all the sudden grabbed me and kissed me "What the actual f--!" I yelled only to be cut off when Alec all the sudden punched him across the face. It was a whole showdown between Alec and Evan.
"You love her?" Alec was standing hands tightened into a fist. "I'm her guard." Evan didn't have a chance "Sure. Funneh who do you truly love?" Evan said putting the spotlight on me. "What?" I played dumb "You heard me, who do you truly love?"
Am I really in love?

"Enough, Funneh doesn't have to answer that if she doesn't want to." Gold came out from the tent, shes a lifesaver "Yes she does."

"No, I don't."
"Evan she's right, he doesn't have to if she doesn't want to."

Evan stormed off into the woods and it was complete silence.

Alec was the first to move, he was packing up so we could go our way, I helped by cleaning out the tents with Gold and Kyran. Rainbow and Draco had put out the fire, Ashely was helping Alec put away stuff... I gotta admit, I was a bit jealous. Napoleon and Julia kept watching.

After cleaning Evan came back,

"Looked what the cat dragged in." Lunar glared,

Evan vs Lunar.

"Shut up"
"Make. Me."
"Can't I'm your guard,"
"With a short temper,"
"Don't push my buttons."
"Don't be so bossy."
"Stop being rude,"
"Why are you so uptight?"
"Isn't that Alec?"
"Nah it's you,"
"You're gonna get it if you don't stop."
"You just mad because Funneh doesn't love you,"
"THAT'S IT!"

Evan charged at Lunar but she threw a potion down which made us jump as Evan was frozen.

"LUNAR!" Gold yelled running over to her,
"He's fine, he won't move for 5 minutes"
"Good, Evan needs to manage his temper." Alec muttered continuing to check over our things to make sure we weren't missing anything.
"Indeed, I'll hold Evan, I was walking around in the forest and saw the guards, we need to get a move on."

Napoleon put Evan over his shoulder and grabbed his bags.

We grabbed our stuff and walked on
