After the meal I get up and say thank you for the wonderful night then I head straight to my room with Gold, Lunar, Draco, and Rainbow following after me. "That was a really good dinner," Rainbow spoke, breaking the eerie silence as we walked down the hall, "Yeah this kingdom knows how to cook." Gold replied, I unlock my room and we walked over to the little living room, sitting on the plain gray couch " You know what I want to do, I want to go visit the guards in training, it would be cool you know," I say while sitting next to Lunar "That's a pretty good idea maybe we can meet someone there?" Lunar said, "Yeah, let's ask Alec and the others." I reach over for my phone and texted them to come down to my room.

Alec's POV*
I get a text from Funneh asking us to come to her room, we looked at each other and got up.

"So what do you need?" I asked "I want to see the guards," she replied instantly without hesitation.
"Guards in training?" I asked once again "Yes," she said I looked confused and thought why she would want to see the guards in training, doesn't she want to meet the real guards not some other kid like us? "Why? Don't you want to see the guards who are actually protecting people and not training to protect people?" I questioned, "No, I said in training." Funneh had said once more, I rolled my eyes and agreed so we walked down to where they would be.

I and Funneh don't really get along we always fought with each other, didn't really care for one another, but I'm her guard and I'm supposed to protect her. (Even though I don't want to) but I have to, soon we reached the big metal doors and it opened, a bunch of kids and teens were fighting and hanging around. "We're here, now what?" I Said, "I and the knew were thinking of recruiting another guard to help along the way, someone who is kind, they don't have to be strong just kind." Rainbow said "Okay then," I sighed and walked with Funneh because I'm supposed to be by her side at all times I stopped and she looked back if they wanted to recruit someone on our journey then wouldn't they want to recruit someone who graduated?  "Why did you stop?" She asked, "I want you to meet my uncle, head guard of the trainers." I replied with passion "Sure," I lead her to the office where he was working I could tell people were looking at us because the room fell silent Funneh, Rainbow, Draco, Gold, and Lunar were all dressed fancy not to mention myself but I am half royal and they are full royals, I'm guessing the fancy jewelry gave it away because everyone was looking at Rainbow, the blue necklace and ring were known everywhere, the key to the Evergreen kingdom. As soon as we got to the doors I opened them and Funneh went through, then looked back at everyone and went back to work quickly.

"Ah hello, Princess Funneh of Evergreen kingdom." my funny uncle had said "No need to call me by my formal title, just call me Funneh," she said "Of course, I hear my nephew is your guard," he said with a proud look painted all over his face, "Yes he is," she said back with an irritated smile since she knew as well as I did that we hated each other,  "Now tell me something, do you two get along?" He asked, Funneh raised her eyebrow and looked at me with an annoyed expression written in her eyes as she kept her smile going, "Sir I'm not going to lie to you, we're not getting along because he' annoys the everlasting nerve out of me," She had said calmly but I could tell she wanted to yell, in which my case, I did. "WHAT?! WHAT HAVE IVE BEEN DOING TO ANNOY YOU?!" I yelled almost positive that everyone outside the door could hear me, "ALL YOU DO IS TALK ABOUT PLANS AND ROUTES BUT NEVER ABOUT FUN THINGS!" She instantly yelled, losing all of her cool as soon as I raised my voice towards her, "I mean, Alec has a dull personality-" "NO I DONT!" I defended, cutting my uncle off in the middle of his sentence. "Do you want to hear a funny story about him in Preschool?" My uncle asked, she smiled and said yes with the widest grin in her face ever. "Don't tell her that story! It was a sad and stupid time in my life," I said feeling my cheeks become warm from embarrassment "Too bad!" Funneh had taken a seat in the chair across from him as he hid behind his desk.
