Author POV
Rainbow was only a young girl only three months in of being a ten year old child. It had been a peaceful day like any other day as she took a stroll in her garden within the castle walls walking ever so elegantly like how she was being taught in her pink and blue dress that dropped down to her knees paired with tan flats and her necklace that was given to her by her mother from birth. Her pink silky hair was swaying with the light breeze that passed through now and then before she took a sharp turn in her maze of different flowers only to be greeted with a boy who looked to be a year older with bright emerald hair and memorizing ocean blue eyes, his olive skin glowed in the sunlight making any girl swoon over him the moment they laid eyes on him but Rainbow was different. All she saw was another regular child."Hello, are you lost?" It was no joke that Rainbow Painting Evergreen was known to be an elegant child, a beauty like no other. Some say the queen and king had born a child straight out of heaven, a gift from the god or goddess themselves. "Are you okay sir?" The boy was shocked at her beauty and was at a loss of words before regaining his composure soon realizing who was standing right in front of him and flashed his famous winning smile that worked like a charm with everyone but Rainbow only had mentally sighed and kept herself back from rolling her eyes. "I'm sorry your highness, I was simply amazed by your beauty. Allow me to introduce myself, I am the second son of the Kindlen family, sir Micheal Hellen Kindlen. Truly, an honor to meet you." His posture and words masked his hatred for etiquette perfectly but Rainbow knew better by the look in his eyes.
"The honor is all mine, I am Crown Princess Rainbow Painting Evergreen. Have you gotten lost in my maze of flowers?" Rainbow hated etiquette just as much as he did and hoped that in the future rules would loosen up and she would finally be able to wear pants instead of dresses around the house, say things that are known to be improper even though they aren't. The life Rainbow dreamed of was not being part of the royal family and away from her duties to live a carefree life but of course, it was just child's play.
"Indeed I have, may you be so kind to show me the way out?" Rainbow smiled kindly which easily caught him off guard but he refused to show it, "Of course, please follow me. If you don't mind me asking, what is your business within my home?" It took a moment for him to answer "If I'm being honest I don't really know. I rarely go out of the mansion so I don't have many friends. Mother and father don't like telling me a lot of things so I guess I'm very short minded." Rainbow continued to stare ahead as she nodded and hummed to herself, "Its the same for me. My siblings and I are very sheltered so we don't know a lot but we try our best." Micheal only stayed silent in response as he stared down at his black solid shoes his arms behind him while they strolled together and caught the eyes of every passing bystander. "Well how about I propose an offer," Micheal looked up and turned his attention towards her intrigued about what ever the crown princess of the kingdom had to offer him, a son of a newly founded dukedom not having as nearly as much power as her. "Let's be friends. It would be nice to have connections outside of the palace and I know you would like it too." Micheal shocked into silence from this sudden offer.
There would be hundreds of thousands of people who would do anything to be in his place and he had become the lucky one all just because he got lost in a garden. "I would be honored." And this started their early friendship.

Rainbow was now twelve years old and her engagement to Micheal was announced the year before. Gold was now ten, Funneh being seven, Lunar had just turned five and Draco was now a happy three year old infant. The five siblings overpowered everything and anything together and had a special bond with one another unlike any other. "Hello there Sir Micheal! Are you here to see Rainbow today?" Micheal slowly grew to be a handsome young man now thirteen years of age soon to become fourteen. "Why yes I am. Lovely seeing you today Princess Lunar," Lunar being five was already a bright child and was far more advanced then any five year old child almost surpassing Gold in her studies. As time went on rules became loose just as Rainbow had dreamed and was now aloud to do whatever they pleased as long it was nothing inappropriate and harmful so therefore Rainbow has started wearing pants around the house, pantsuits instead of frilly dressed and her hair in a messy bun rather then a complicated design.
