explanation for srr personality change. i wouldn't put too much insight into it but I'll explain briefly since I admit it's a bit confusing. his personality needs a bit more time to develop throughout this book (ik im sorry this book is so slow we are almost at chapter 40 and his character isn't finished with developing)

this is basically just a chapter of me explaining Soraru's character so just skip if y'all don't feel like reading it!

so soraru is actually a really calculative and cold person. yes. everything he did, he did for a reason, and cause he wanted to rile some people up. sometimes he is rather a bitch, but he had claimed that it's all for the good.
This personality had always been his actual personality. everything otherwise stated in the book is just a small side of his actual personality. BUT, he is depressed, he does have a imaginary friend named Ren, he does harm himself. he did feel hurt and worthless when araki broke up with him. All this happens, for real. but everything else, the weakness, was all just a small part of himself that he lets others see.

hashiyan knew about it, so did anku.

okay, so. reason for acting this way towards mafu? simple. half of the reason is -yes, some of y'all guessed right- to push him away. [reason will be stated later in the book] there are a few more reasons, but I would like to think that y'all would want to be surprised?

Soraru is a very vengeful and righteous character. He is the epitome of I'm the judge, jury, and executor once someone wronged him. He hates people doing something bad to Anku or Hashiyan, even if that someone is someone that he is close to. He is also incredibly overprotective of his family, Hashiyan and Anku.

When he is wronged, Soraru would plan out everything, before setting it to motion. He wouldn't mind hurting himself just to get the effect he desires. further depth will be provided in future chapters.

Soraru's emotions can change within seconds. He can go from being serious to joking, and this attitude confuses people sometimes from being able to differentiate the difference of lie and truth.

so, that ends this explanation. I hope y'all understand it? I'm sorry I'm bad at explaining uwu
